Procedure
Take Ankas, a kind of squid, and cut them in small cubes. Put the cubes inside a pressure cooker along with some water and dates until thoroughly cooked and tender.
Fry sliced potatoes separately and keep it aside. Then sauté chopped onions and add the cooked contents above. After that, take fried potatoes and add to this as well as one green pepper, tomato paste along with salt, pepper, turmeric and desired spice for seasoning. Put it over a slow heat for a couple of minutes till it settles.
