Dishow rice

Dishow means dates syrup. The dish belongs to Hormozgan Province.
Procedure
Dissolve Dates syrup in water until thin in consistency. Pour it in a pot over the flame until it is boiled. Soak rice beforehand, and after that drain the water and transfer to the pot with boiling water and dates. Let the water goes off and cooked well. The sweet rice is served with crispy fried or grilled fish.
