Ingredients,
Walnuts, 200 g
Chicken breast, 1 no
Dried apricot pieces, 12 nos
Currants, 150 g
Pomegranates paste, 2 tbsp
Tomatoes paste, 3 tbsp
Angelica, as required
Salt, pepper and turmeric, as required
Fried onions, 3 tbsp
Procedure
First grind walnuts until soft and smooth. Then put it in a pot along with pomegranates paste, salt, pepper, turmeric as well as chicken breast and a glass of water and fry until the pot is covered in oil from walnuts. After 15 minutes, pour in 2 glasses of cold water and put it over a slow heat to boil.
After one hour, remove chicken breast pieces from the pot, and add in fried onions, tomato paste, dried peach pieces and currants along with 2 glasses of cold water. When ground walnuts are a little hard, add in chicken breast and angelica. After 10 minutes, remove the stew from the heat. You can serve it in bowls.
