Note: close to a quarter century ago in the city of Tabriz a book, called "the interpretation of difficult verses of the Quran" by Mr. "Yousef Sho'ar" was released. The author of the book without adherence to the principles and rules of interpretation began to explain a series of verses and therefore experienced unforgivable lapses. So, these series of articles is theoretical critique of the author. (Verse)
Solomon said it is of God's grace and try me in this way whether I am thankful for the blessings or retain blasphemy and someone who is thankful for his blessings will benefit and the one who is ingratitude indeed my God is great and needless.
Are gratitude and worshiping sharing one concept?
Quran in understanding its purpose has not specific expression, and where it has specific term, made the public aware of its intentions however, now, we examine the meaning of these two terms in terms of Arabic that is the language of Quran in order to be clarified whether these two words in terms of Arabic language has one concept or these two languages have two different meaning But, sometimes the two concepts confirms truth and according to scientists do these two terms have a connectional unity and carrying the first over the second means carrying the first. And if there are two different concepts of unity or if there is a sort of alliance, it is in its example as the human and body in contrary to the concept of unity has no counterpart and carrying one over the other, is the common synthetic carrying, not the first. Furthermore, whether of "the fourth relation" between these two concepts, equality and correlation that is true or not is solved? And vividly show that these two terms in terms of worshiping that its past tense, the concept of two changing concept , is different ? so, the language indicate that it means worshiping and gratitude means stating blessing verses blasphemy that means covering. We witness that gratitude in language and the Qur'an means " worshiping and thanking means blessings" counter to the blasphemy that means hiding it, in addition to the explanation of the language users, the Quran verses that often put gratitude against blasphemy in the chapter of Ibrahim says: " Remember when your God declared that if you become thankful, I will add my blessings and whenever you ingratitude my punishment will be painful".
In short, the fact that gratitude is juxtaposed to blasphemy, the literal meaning of the term are clearly obtained and that "gratitude" verses disbelief and because "Heresy" means "cover" and, therefore, naturally gratitude means stating them so, the first problem was solved spontaneously and it turned out that never the concept of gratitude and worshiping is not one , and these two words in terms of meaning have two different concepts and carrying one over the other is not superior carryover that the purpose of gratitude for blessing is the same in the Persian we regard it appreciation and scientist and scholars say that thanking power and blessing is where God has created as if using the blessing in its own place is a type of stating destiny.
What is relationship between gratitude and blessing?
And the second problem: in particular, of the fourth relationship between those two general and specific is absolute and anything that is true balance of worshiping God is absolutely thanks , gratitude and appreciation because the worshiper by obedience and worship uses powers and blessings of Allah where created for that purpose. But its opposite is not so that is, we have something that is example of gratitude and using them is on their site but, never do the title of worshiping is not true about it , for instance the man thanks by helping the poor fit it to its place . But never kindness and helping, is not equal to worshiping God and that fact that is a source of reward, is not a reason for worship. Another thing to note is that stating of blessings has some levels sometimes done by language and sometimes by the person who prays " Oh God thanks for blessings". By this God has done a level of thank and not all of its stages and it has to follow some other stages, as well. Clearly say: discussion is over the meaning of these two words, and what degree of gratitude would save us from the divine torment. {This} Currently is not under our discussion, but it might be in some cases, that wordily gratitude to be sufficient thanks and may in addition to other wishes must be applied.
The statements of the author of commentary
The author of this commentary after many conversations ends to this concept as saying that "thanks me, will thank you," so; language will not save the man of divine punishment hence, the meaning " if gratitude , will add blessing" means worshiping and the purpose of " disbelieving ' means disobedience of divine blessing.
Answer;
it is not imagined that a commentators assert that in all parts of the Koran "gratitude" means worshiping because the Quran's verses itself explain on the contrary, and provide ; "verse" " Pray food of God, worship him and thank for His blessings"
then, whenever "gratitude" and "worship" were the same in terms of concept and motive of the phrase was not "worship Him?" in such a case , we can never assume that the purpose of the latter is emphasis because emphasis is against the apparent of the verse. (Verse) Rather, worship God and be the group of worshipers"
Something that made the author to make a wrong interpretation and thought that "gratitude" means "worshiping" is the same blatant wrapped. Because typically we see that gratitude and appreciation achieves through worship therefore, the has imagined that the meaning of "gratitude means worship" however; when community is in case of non-alliance and one of the reasons of the author's mistakes is the interpretation of taking the example. Out of the phrases used by the author we can understand that he claims gratitude throughout the Qur'an means following God's rules and His obedience and blasphemy means violation of the rules. No doubt that compliance in terms of concept is generality of worship because something regarded as factors for closing us to God and following his orders such as helping but, never such as works are not true examples for worshiping and in such a case the writer has made two mistakes.
1- Sometimes the term "gratitude" is meant and sometime interpreted it as "obedience" however, if these two are not the same in terms of development and worshiping is specific to worship.
2- Sometime the author made a removal of example and as far as some of the examples of "worshiping" is also the equivalent of worshiping, imagined that really the meaning of gratitude is equal to worship but, we should ask that what is relationship between generality in equivalent with alliance in concept?
At last, we say that this writer insists to devaluate gratitude by language because it has no generality but also the cases differs as if in some cases to be favorable for that gratitude by the tongue as it is accepted after serving food and sometime it might be true however; in any cases, which one run us away from divine torment? This issue is away from interpretive discussion. Because, the purpose in interpreting of realizing these terms, stages and its examples but, which one is a need for saving and is away from subject and the objective of interpretation and if a specific set of gratitude (practical gratitude) is a reason for saving then, it does not cause to reduce its wordily meaning range and limit it to specific examples. At last, we note that to know about the concept of "worship" {you'd better refer to) the book of "Principles of Unity of the Qur'an" p. 388-403.
