Ingredients
Serves 4 to 6
Milk, 1 liter
Hulled wheat, 300 g
Chickpeas, 60 g
Salt and pepper, as per taste
Seedless raisins, walnut, and almond for garnishing
Soak the wheat in water overnight. Put soaked wheat and chickpeas in a pot and pour in 1 liter water till the chickpeas are well-cooked and Wheat thickens. Then add in salt and let it cook until the water is thoroughly gone off. Now add in milk and reduce the flame to low till Ash is thick in consistency. At the end, remove to a desirable bowl and garnish the top with Seedless raisins, pieces of walnuts and Silvered almond. The cuisine is usually served with home-made Faloodeh. Bon Appetit!
