Ingredients
Serves 4 to 5
Rhubarb, 500 g
Fresh lamb meat, 500 g
Onions, medium, 2 nos
Salt and turmeric, for seasoning
Herbs like mint leaves and parsley, 200 g
Directions
First, clean the meat, wash and cut into stewing form. Set a pot on the heat and sauté stewing meat in oil. Pour in some water and cook 1 hour. Clean the herbs, wash and chop them up as well. Remove the leaves and skin of the Rhubarb and cut into small cubes.
Chop the onions finely and fry in oil in a pan. Then put in the chopped herbs and sauté. Add in cubed Rhubarb and sprinkle in salt, pepper and turmeric. Keep sautéing. Add the sautéed ingredients into the meat pot. Stir a few times and allow to cook on low heat till settled. Once the water is almost gone and the pot is accumulated with oil, it is ready to serve.
