Mellat park in Mashhad

Mellat park , west of the city of Mashhad on the edge of Vakil A bad boulevard, covers an area of 720,000 square meters. It's the largest in Mashhad and among the most beautiful parks in the country.It has municipality , sports facilities, and large green space.
It is located west of Mashhad , on the northwest of the freedom square, Azadi square. It is considered the largest throughout the city of Mashhad. It was built in 1345, solar calendar. It includes rest rooms, mosque, amusement park, sports field, cultural and art complex of Imam Reza, library, and swimming pool . ‏
The biggest carousel in the middle east came into operation in Mashhad in 1384. It has a capacity of 250 tons of weight and carries 448 people up to a height of 80 m and they will be able to have a perfect view of the whole city. It was built by the private sector in a record time of two years. It is noteworthy that it is ranked the third across the globe after the ones in London and Tokyo.
