Ingredients
Garlic leaves,
Garlic cloves
Dried dill,
Split peas
Chicken
Eggs
Unripe grapes juice or pomegranate juice
Spices

First Sauté in oil the garlic leaves, along with grated garlic and dried dill. Cook the split peas with some water. Do the same with chicken. Take a pot and add in the cooked split peas, Chicken, the stock from the chicken and the desired juice. Cook over the low flame for half an hour. Once the stew is settled, crack in the eggs and wait till they get solid.

Spices and salt
First chop the garlic leaves finely and sauté in oil with a pinch of turmeric. Then add in the chicken stock, lemon juice and cooked chicken. Let it simmer. Once the water is evaporated, crack in the eggs and let them get solid. Once ready, remove to a desired dish and serve. Bon Appetit!
