Red meat is a rich source of iron and animal protein. But since it has saturated fat, it is recommended to apply the pieces of meat with less amount of fat. Ground meat is often more fatty. So if you have a blood pressure problem, it i better to remove the fat first. Studies show that consuming red meat moderately, 3 times a week, will provide your body with daily needs for iron, zinc and vitamin B family. weak people with weak immune system are susceptible to diseases are recommended to consume it seriously.
Yogurt , protects the intestines; you are advised to consume low-fat dairy products to supply your body with the required calcium especially those who o not consume enough milk. Recently, probiotic diary products are available and you are recommended to apply probiotic yogurt as well which includes a higher nutritional value. Yogurt is perfect for the large intestine. The studies show that getting used to its consumption prevents from colon cancer since it contains remarkable calcium and the mineral destroys the carcinogenic factors in the organ.
Fresh garlic preserves heart and blood vessels. The bad-smelling vegetable, if consumed regularly, will avoid many diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, cancers, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. You ask how?
Garlic contains a compound named allicin which increases the good cholesterol and reduces bad cholesterol. Garlic will reduce the risk of heart diseases incredibly and so it can bring the blood pressure under control.

What to serve with Ash?

Since this Ash is calorific, do not serve with bread. A small hot bowl will do to let you have anew meal in the evening.

Staleness and unfreshness

Since Ash is cooked and boiled for hours, will be healthy if kept in the refrigerator. if there is any leftover, you can heat a little each day and serve. In the holy month of Ramadan, you can make Ash to consume over the week.
If you have a high blood pressure, apply plenty of chickpeas and garlic as they both contain high potassium. But since chickpeas are flatulent, you should soak them in water for a longer time and cook thoroughly. Besides, Doogh with little salt should be chosen.
If you suffer from high blood fat, you can use fresh garlic and vegetables in your cuisine. And leave out meat. Besides, low-fat yogurt and Doogh will be a good idea too.
If you are overweight, apply less rice and do not saute the meat. Just add it to the pot. Do not apply pieces of bread since you will gain a great calorie.
