Ingredients:
Serving 4
1500 g Chicken leg or whole breast
1/2 dessertspoon powdered black pepper
1/2 cup vinegar or sour apple juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 dessertspoon salt
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tomato
A fistful of mushrooms
1 green bell pepper
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in a large plastic bag and Lay on a plate. In a bowl, mix well apple juice, olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic and season to taste with salt and powdered black pepper. Put the mixture inside the bag and try to scatter well with your palm. Close the plastic bag firmly and keep in the fridge 8 to 24 hours straight. Every now and then check it and mix the ingredients. You can apply a covered dish instead of plastic bag. Remove the chicken and and keep aside the rest of the ingredients. Put a non-stick dish in the middle of charcoals and set a wire-grid metal sheet on the brazier. Arrange the chickens on and start grilling for almost 1 hour. Since the flame is spread indirectly it takes longer.
Make sure to put the pieces with bones below. You can also lay the chicken in the shelf of the preheated oven and grill at medium heat. At any rate, after 30 minutes of time, scatter the remaining mixture on top of the chicken. Serve with bread and plenty of leafy vegetables. Bon appetit!
