1 beaten egg
Oil for frying
Directions:
Cut the toast into tiny cubes and keep aside. Put in a food processor lemon rind, leafy vegetables as well as a little salt and mix the ingredients properly.Cut the fish into desired-size fillets and roll in the plate of flour. Then onto the beaten egg and at the end, cover in toast dices. Turn on the heat and allow drops of oil to heat. Place the fish inside and fry thoroughly. Serve with bread and fried potato slices.
