Serving 22 medium potatoes
5 medium zucchinis
5 medium tomatoes
1 large onion
2 to 3 eggs
Salt, black pepper powder and turmeric for seasoning
Directions:
Chop up the onion finely and saute in a pan of oil 2 minutes at most. Sprinkle with salt and turmeric powder. stir in the cubed potatoes and keep sauteing over high flame.Reduce the heat to medium and close the lid and allow 5 to 7 minutes till the contents are cooked.

Cover the dish and wait 10 miuntes till the ingredients are well-done. Finally, sprinkle with powdered black pepper and remove to a serving dish. You can spread grated processed cheese or Parmesan to have a better flavor indeed. Of course, the original dish doe't contain any cheese at all. You can garnish he dish with creamy yogurt on top.
