Ingredients
Serving 83 kg ostrich meat, ground
2 Green and red (chili) peppers, chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cups sour cherry juice
2 cups olive oil
5 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tablespoons red tomato sauce
2 teaspoons pepper powder
1 teaspoon thyme powder
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, put all the ingredients and mix properly. Knead well. Lay the kneaded mixture inside a bowl in water combined with salt and vinegar to marinate ( 24 hours straight). Remove and put them onto skewers and press with your fingers properly till they stick well to the skewers and do not break up over cooking. Grill them in BBQ grill 2 minutes to have juicy kebabs.
