250 g minced meat
1 onion, grated
1 medium potato, grated
1 egg
Salt and black pepper powder for seasoning
2 medium onions, sliced and fried
2 medium potatoes, cut in rings
3 medium tomatoes
2 tablespoons unripe grape powder
1 glass water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, put minced meat, grated onion, the egg, grated potato, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, turmeric and flour. Knead well till sticky enough but it should n't stick to your palm. so you can add in flour if required. Take a tangerine-sized ball off the meat mixture and make an oval patty with your palm. Grease a non-stick pan and heat. Place the patty in oil. The cutlets should be thicker than usual in this cuisine. Once all cutlets are fried, spread the potato rings and tomato slices on top. The upper part should be filled with fried onions and then sprinkled with powdered unripe grapes(dried). Pour 1 or 2 glasses of water in and cover the pan properly. Allow it to cook on low heat. When water is almost gone, only 1/2 cup should be left, stir in the tomato paste and dissolve in the remaining water. Let it over the flame for a few seconds and then remove. Place them in a serving dish and garnish with the vegetables of interest. Serve hot with bread. Bon Appetit!
