Ingredients:
3 tablspoons olive oil1 large onion, finely chopped
600 g tomato puree or juice
6 eggs
Salt and chili for seasoning
2 thin layers of Kielbasa
Directions:
Pour olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion. Saute 6 minutes on low flame till a bit golden in color. Then pout tomato juice and allow on the heat 40 minutes till water is evaporated. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat well with a fork. Add beaten eggs to the pan slowly followed by hopped kielbasa. Stir the content well till well-done. Serve hot with fresh bread. Bon Appetit!
