Ingredients:
1 small cauliflower150 g small onions
200 g small cucumbers
8 to 10 hot red or green peppers
1 to 2 liters white vinegar
Salt
3 earth apples
3 carrots
100 g tarragon
4 to 5 stems of celery
Procedure:
Wash cauliflower and celery and cut in small pieces. Peel earth apples and carrots and cut into slices or cubes.Wash onion and cucumbers and allow to dry. Make sure to dry well all vegetables. In a proper dish put all the vegetables and tarragon and sprinkle in salt. Pour the vinegar over. Close the lid firmly. After 2 to 3 weeks the pickle is ready.
Note:
Pay much attention to the size of the vegetables; they should be of the same size. Make sure to cove the dish firmly and remember to dry the vegetables entirely before putting into the dish.
