Cold is widespread these days and to prevent it, you are recommended to consume hot watery soup which are quite nutritious. So here is a recipe of delicious soup which you can prepare for your family.
Ingredients:
Serving 5
100 g soup noodles
250 g chicken breast, skin and bones removed
1/2 tablespoons live oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 medium carrots, chopped
3 celery stems, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, grated
2 cups chicken stock
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper powder for seasoning
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup lour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup cream
Directions:
In a large pot, drizzle olive oil and saute a bit chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Then add in grated garlic and saute 1 more minute. Add in chicken stock, pieces of chicken and noodles and season to taste with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and allow till chicken are well-done. Remove the chicken and cut into shreds and then put back into the pot again.
In a saucepan, melt butter and then sprinkle the flour and keep stirring Gradually our in the milk while stirring frequently to prevent the formation of lumps. Add in the cream and keep stirring. When the soup is entirely hot, it is ready to serve.
