Ingredients:
Serving 5 to 61 kg lamb shank
2 edium green bell peppers, cubed
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 medium onions, finely chopped

Directions:
Clean the meat and cut into cubes. Put them onto wooden skewers and place 2 layers of onion and 2 pieces of green peppers in between. Melt butter in a pan and place the skewers inside on low flame.
