You might have experienced that when you arrive home after work, yo prefer to go for something really quick; something which won't need much time but at the same time is delicious enough to bring together all the members of the family. One such food is Kabab Tabei (or panned Kebab).
Here are a few points you can take advantage of to add into the nutritional values of the yummy dish:
1. As it has been said many times, do not apply red meat as much as you can. If not possible, do consume the low-fat type of the meat. Try to remove all the fat before applying in your cuisine.
2. To substitute red meat with something better go for soy beans and consume them with the same amount to reduce red meat consumption in your family.
3. Many would like to fry the kebab from the very beginning! It is recommended to spread the large patty in a large round pan and fill the top with green bell peppers rings as well as tomato slices. Then turn on the heat and allow to cook with the juice from the vegetables. Once the water is all gone, fry the kebab on both sides.
4. Many serve the dish with fried potatoes or chips. You are advised to do this to encourage your children to finish their food. As for yourself, you can replace potatoes with a variety of steamed vegetables.
5. You can break 1 or 2 eggs in your recipe to multiply the nutritional values of the food. This is a good way for the kids who do not like to eat eggs as they won't realize it is there at all!
