Ingredients:
Serving 4500 g ground mutton
1 cup onion finely chopped
3 green (chili) peppers,chopped
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, hopped
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/8 teaspoon cloves powder
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1/8 teaspoon powdered black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons cream
Salt
2 tablespoons whole grain wheat
1 egg
Oil for frying
Cooking Duration: 30 minutes
Directions:
Put all the ingredients (except from oil) in a large mixing bowl and mix properly.Grease your palm in a little oil and take a piece off the mixture and shape into your desired kebab. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and allow till both sides are brownish.
Serve hot with either rice or bread. Bon Appetit!
