Ingredients:
100 g mushrooms1/2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper as per taste
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk or milk and cream
1 tablespoon apple vinegar
Procedure:
Wash the mushrooms and cut them lengthwise into small pieces. Put them in a pot and add in salt, pepper, and butter. Allow over low heat 10 minutes without the lid on.Allow the butter to melt entirely to have golden mushrooms.
In a mixing bowl, ix flour and milk and stir well. Then add into the pot. Heat another 10 minutes. Remember to stir every now and then. Add in the vinegar and mix well till ready.
