Ingredients:
Serving 6500 g fresh shrimps
1/2 glass milk
3 baguettes
2 eggs
1/2 glass parsley leaves, finely chopped
1/2 glass melted animal oil
Salt and black pepper powder for seasoning
Directions
:Clean the shrimps (devein them) and boil 5 minutes in salted water. Then remove and place in a strainer to drain the excess water. After that, grind them in a mincer. Take out the soft dough inside the baguettes and let it in the air to dry. Then sift to get the powder. Put all the ingredients inside a mixing bowl (excluding oil) and mix properly. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and take a piece off the prepared mixture and shape into round or oval patties with the palms. Finally, put them in sizzling oil and fry them on both sides till golden brown. Transfer into a serving platter and garnish with vegetables of interest. Serve with Persian bread. Bon Appetit.
