Ingredients:
500 g cleaned shrimps1/2 glass vinegar ( or lemon juice)
Salt and powdered black pepper for seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 glass onion juice
1 to 2 deserspoons brewed saffron
Directions:
Take a mixing bowl and pour vinegar ( or lemon juice), olive oil, brewed saffron, and onion juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Immerse the properly cleaned shrimps inside. Keep in the refrigerator 1 to 2 hours to marinate. Remove and go over grilling them. You can use either metal or wooden skewers. But if you want to apply wooden skewers , make sure to wet them in water 3 to 4 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling. Grill on charcoal or gas-operating brazier. Serve hot!
