Ingredients:

900 g sardines
Procedure:
Turn on the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the sardines on one side, large enough to put the fillings) and remove the guts. Clean and dry with paper towel. spread a little salt and black pepper inside the belly and on the fish and then heat oil in frying pan. Add in the pieces of bread and saute till a bit golden.
