Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
40 g tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup parsley leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
450 g shrimps
Sal and black pepper powder for seasoning
80 g feta cheese, if desired
Directions:
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on low heat. Add in chopped onion and saute 3 minutes. Then add in pressed garlic. After 30 seconds, stir in cubed tomatoes and keep sauteing 5 to 10 minutes. Add in chopped parsley and dill and saute another 1 minute. Put in the shrimps and fry 10 to 20 minutes till the shrimps are cooked through. You can sprinkle grated feta cheese on top, if desired. The stew can be served with either bread, rice or macaroni.
