Ingredients

500 g mushrooms
1/2 cup Bread crumbs or powdered toasted bread
1 egg
1 tablesppoon Milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons

Directions

Wash the mushrooms completely and allow to dry. Then roll them in bread crumbs. Beat the egg slowly in a mixing bowl and add in the milk and salt. Whisk well. Drench the mushrooms in the solution. Then again roll in the plate of bread crumbs.
Heat the frying pan greased with olive oil and put the mushrooms inside the pan. Allow to grow brownish. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
