'' O' Ali! Tell me where Gabriel is now?''
Amir Al-Momenin looked at the sky, the right hand, the left hand and behind and said '' I have looked all over the creation, but I have not seen Gabriel. You should be Gabriel. Suddenly the population saw that this person left there.
The eighth person stood up from another part of the mosque and asked
''O' Ali! If a dog has sexual intercourse with a sheep, the child born is a dog or a sheep?''
He answered '' go and see whether this child eats grass or bone? If he eats grass, he is a sheep and if he eats bone, he is a dog.
The person that had asked a question stood up and said '' O' Ali! From time to time, I see that he eats grass and from time to times, he eats bone''.
Amir Al-Momenin said '' Go and see he whether he sits like a sheep or like a dog?''

The person that had asked a question said ''O' Ali! From time to time, I see that he drinks like a sheep and from time to times, he drinks like a dog''.
The person that had asked a question said once more
Amir Al-Momenin (peace be upon him) said '' go and see whether he pees like a sheep or like a dog''.
The person that had asked a question stood up and said '' O' Ali! From time to time, he pees like a sheep and from time to time, he pees like a dog''.
Amir Al-Momenin(peace be upon him) said '' go and see whether he walks in the beginning of the herd , in the middle of the herd or the end of the herd. If he walks in the beginning and the middle of the herd, he is a sheep and if he walks in the end of the herd, he is a dog''
The person that had asked a question stood up and said '' O' Ali! From time to time, he walks in the beginning of the herd, from time to time, he walks in the middle of the herd and from time to time, he walks at the end of the herd''.
Amir Al-Momenin (peace be upon him) said '' therefore, kill him. If he has a rumen, he is a sheep and if he does not have a rumen, he is a dog''.
The person that he had asked a question received his answer and sat.
Amir Al-Momenin was asked '' what should we do in order to get along with the problems of the life?''
Amir Al-Momenin (peace be upon him) expressed five points in relation to this question
1. Whenever a plight happens in your life, you should imagine a worse problem and say to yourself ''
'' If there were a worse problem instead of the current problem, what would happen to me?'' If you imagine a worse problem, tolerating the current problem will be easier for you.
2. Try to tolerate the pain of the plight during time.
3. Believe that pain, grief and problem can end at last. Grief and pain do not continue in the life. Each problem lasts within a certain time and it is in your life for a while, achieves to its purposes and then it leaves your life. Problems are temporary.
4. Whatever there was is not any more as if it had not been at all.
5. Whatever has not been gained has gone away.

1. The mentioning of the name of God utters on your mouth and penetrates in your heart.
2. The repent is effective and a person never commits the sin.
3. The advice is perfectly acceptable and influences the heart of a person''.
The tenth person received his answer and sat.
The eleventh person stood up from another part of the mosque and asked
'' O' Ali! Tell me how much strengths there are in the nature of human? What are the strengths of the inner of human?''
Amir Al-Momenin answered '' there are four strengths;
1. Wisdom strength is the greatest wealth that God has granted to human.
2. Memory strength helps you to memorize whatever you learn. If God did not give you such a strength, you would forget your name, the address of your house and lose the path.
3. God has granted us emotion strength to wish things that we want for ourselves for others and whatever we do not like for us do not like for others and be kind with others.
4. Conscience strength: it is impossible to disobey the order of conscience unless he or she suffers from the trouble of the conscience trouble.
This person received his answer and sat.
The twelfth person asked
'' What animal that came out from the stomach of another animal whereas there were no relationships between them?''
Amir Al-Momenin said '' Hazrat Yunes came out of the stomach of fish whereas he had no relationship between him and the fish''.
The twelfth person received his answer and sat.
The thirteenth person stood up and asked
'' O' Ali! I have three questions from you:
1. What mountain moved once?
2. What tree takes hundred years to walk along its shadow?
3. What tree grew without watering?''
Amir Al-Momenin said
1. The mountain that moved once is Tur Mountain. Quran states
وَإِذ نَتَقْنَا الْجَبَلَ ...
( Aaraaf Surah/ verse 171)
2. The tree that takes hundred years to walk along its shadow is Tuba Tree in the heaven. Its branches are hung from all of the castles of the heaven as the half of the sun shines all of the houses.
3. The tree that grew without water was the tree that was grown for Hazrat Yunes as Quran states
وَأَنبَتْنَا عَلَیْهِ شَجَرَةً مِّن یَقْطِینٍ
( Safaat Surah/ verse 146)
The thirteenth person received his answer and sat.
The fourteenth person stood up and asked from Amir Al-Momenin
'' O' Ali! How do we deal with difficulties in the life?''
Amir Al-Momenin said
'' The problems of the life can be solved with the passing of time.
Imagine worse situations so that you can tolerate the current situation.
Make others happy; get grief away from others so that God gets grief away from and solves your problem.
Do not reveal secrets and tell your problems to God so that you can feel relaxed.
Focus on positive points and the beauty of your life''.
This person received his answer and sat.
The fifteenth person stood up and asked
'' O' Ali! In which event did a living person drink and a dead person eat?''
Amir Al-Momenin said '' when the stick of Musa was like a branch, it drank and when it became stick, it swallowed and ate the sticks of the witches ''.
This person received his answer and sat.
Another person asked from other part of the mosque
'' O' Ali! What tree grew on the earth for the first time?
What spring flew on the earth for the first time?
What stone was there on the earth for the first time?''
Amir Al-Momenin(peace be upon him) said
'' The first tree was date tree that Hazrat Adam brought it with him from the heaven. He grew it and all of dates all over the world were from that tree as Hazrat Khezr drank it and remained alive.
The first stone on the earth was Hajar Al-Asvad that Hazrat Adam brought it from the heaven on the earth and installed on the house of Kabe. At first, it was whiter than snow. Then it became black because the unbelievers and the polytheists touched it.( That's why, it called Hajar Al-Asvad( black stone)
The sixteenth person received his answer and sat.
The first spring that flew on the earth was the water of existence. Whoever drinks it remains alive
The seventeenth person stood up from another part of the mosque and asked
'' O' Ali! Define asceticism for me in a sentence.
لِکَیْلَا تَأْسَوْا عَلَى مَا فَاتَکُمْ وَلَا تَفْرَحُوا بِمَا آتَاکُمْ
''In order that ye may not despair over matters that pass you by, nor exult over favours bestowed upon you''. ( Al-Hadid Surah/ verse 23).
He received his answer and sat.
Another person stood up and asked
'' O' Ali! Which devotion has punishment whether we fulfill it or give it up
Amir Al-Momenin answered '' A drunken person that prays will be punished because he is drunk and if he gives it up, he will be punished as well because he has fulfilled it.
The eighteenth person received his answer and sat.
The nineteenth person stood up from other corner of the mosque and asked
''O' Ali! What is difference between the creature that lives on the earth and the creature in the sky?''
Amir Al-Momenin said '' Human is only creature that lives on the earth, but he is the heaven creature. (it has heaven nature)
The scientists and the historians have written that Imam Ali (peace be upon him) stated '' Ask me whatever questions you have. I issue fatwa among the people believing in Torah according to the rules of Torah Book, among the people believing in Bible according to the Bible, among the people believing in Zabur according to Zabur and among the people believing in Quran according to Quran. Even if God has these books talk, they will say that Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is right and issue fatwa in whatever has been descended in us.
One day, some of Jewish persons came to Umar Bin Khatab and said '' O' the caliph! If you answer my questions correctly, we will join the Islam; otherwise, we will understand that Islam is not true.
The Jewish scientists asked such questions:
1. What are the locks of the sky?
2. What is the key of the skies?
3. What grave moved its owner?
4. Who advised his tribe and was neither from Jinn nor from Adam?
5. What are five things that walked on the earth and were not born from the stomach of their mother?
6. What do birds such as francolin and roster sing in their songs?
Khadir:
Since Umar could not answer questions, he looked down due to humiliation and said that he could not answer the questions. The Jewish persons that had been satisfied of this said '' It turns out that Islam is not a true religion''.
Salman that had attended the meeting said '' wait little; I will bring a person that can prove the reality of the Islam and will answer all of your questions. Then he went toward the house of Amir Al-Momenin, Imam Ali (peace be upon him). After a while, Imam Ali(peace be upon him) that was with garment of the messenger of God(peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) entered the mosque. When Umar saw him, he went to him happily and put his hand on his neck and said '' O' Abu Al-Hasan! only you can the questions of these Jewish persons''.
Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) looked at the Jewish people and said '' I have a condition and it is that if I answer all of questions correctly, as it has been said in Turat, you should enter the religion of the Islam and become Muslim. The Jewish people accepted this condition. Then Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) answered all of their questions
1. The lock of the skies is polytheism toward God because when a person is a polytheist, he or she cannot do good actions.
2. The key of these locks is to attest to the unity of God and the prophecy of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants).
3. The grave that moved its dead person was a fish that swallowed Hazrat Yunes.
4. The creature that guided his tribe and was neither from Jinn nor from Adam was the ant of Hazrat Suleiman that said '' O' Ants! Enter the house so that Suleman and his troop do not crush you under their feet and they cannot see you.
5. The five things that walked on the earth and were born from stomach include Hazrat Adam, Hava, the camel of Hazrat Saleh, the ram of Hazrat Ibrahim and the stick of Hazrat Musa.
6. A francolin sings
الرحمن على العرش استوى
and a rooster sings
اذكرو الله یا غافلین
Among the Jewish scientists, three persons believed in God and attested the unity of God and the prophecy of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants). But the third person said '' if you answer my question, I will believe in God as well. Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) said '' ask me whatever questions you have?'' He said '' inform me of the tribe that was alive at first and then died. After three hundred and nine days, God made them alive? What's their story?''
Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) said '' this is the story of Ashab Kahaf and retell the story from the beginning''.
Then Hazrat Muhammad said to him '' O' Jewish man! Has the story that I have narrated for you is like what has been narrated in Turat?''
The Jewish man said '' yes, it is enough, neither less words nor more words. O' Abu Al-Hasan! Do not call me a Jewish man any more. I attest that God is only the creator of this world and Hazrat Muhammad (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) is the sent person of God and you are the great person of this nation.
