قال وَبَعَثَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ بِسُورَةِ التَّوْبَةِ وَبَعَثَ عَلِيًّا على أَثَرِهِ فقال أبو بَكْرٍ يا عَلِيُّ لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ وَنَبِيَّهُ سَخِطَا عَلَيَّ فقال عَلِيٌّ لا وَلَكِنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى اللَّهُ عليه وسلم قال لا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُبَلِّغَ عَنِّي إِلا رَجُلٌ مِنِّي وأنا منه.
Abubakr was sent for reciting the Surah of Tawba and Imam Ali (peace be upon him) was sent with him. Abubakr said '' O' Ali! May God and his messenger of God have been angry from me?'' Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said '' no'', but the messenger of God said '' it is not appropriate that he does this mission from my side except a man from my dynasty and I am from his dynasty.

He is one of narrators of Bokhari, Sahih Moslm and other Sehah Sete. Zahabi considers him a reliable and devout person.

Ishagh Bin Mansur has narrated from Yahya Bin Moein that Abu Balaj Fazari is reliable. Muhammad Bin Sad, Nasaee, Dar Ghotani have tosikh him. Bokhari has said '' there is fault in him''. Abu Hatam has said '' his Hadith is right and there is no fault in him.

Yahya Bin Moein and Dar Ghotani have Tosikh Yahya Bin Salim. Abu Hatam has said '' there is no fault in him'' and Bokhari has said '' there is fault in him''.

Umarv Bin Meymun:
He is one of narrators of Bokhari, Moslem and other Sehah Sete.

Umarv Bin Meymun went to Hajj a lot and worshiped. He is same person that lapidated Meymun.

Umarv Bin Meymun that is called Abu Yahya is Makhzaram (a person has not understood thedarkness period and the Islam) and he is famous and reliable and worshiped a lot.
Taghrib Al-Tahzib v 1 p 427 no 5122
Bokhari has narrated the story of lapidating Meymun in darkness period in the book '' Sahih''
حدثنا نُعَيْمُ بن حَمَّادٍ حدثنا هُشَيْمٌ عن حُصَيْنٍ عن عَمْرِو بن مَيْمُونٍ قال رأيت في الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ قِرْدَةً اجْتَمَعَ عليها قِرَدَةٌ قد زَنَتْ فَرَجَمُوهَا فَرَجَمْتُهَا مَعَهُمْ.
Naeim Bin Hemad from Hashim Bin Hasin has narrated that Umarv Bin Meymun said '' in darkness period, I saw a monkey that had commited adultery. Then a group of monkeys gathered around him and lapidated him. I lapidated him along with them.

The correction of the narration by the Sunni scientists:
Most of the Sunni scientists have corrected this narration. After narrating this narration, Hakem Neishaburi says
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد ولم يخرجاه بهذه السياقة.
The document of this narration is valid, but Bokhari and Moslam have narrated it in this way.

After narrating this narration, Ibn Abd Al-Ghortebi says
قال أبو عمر رحمه الله هذا إسنادٌ لا مَطْعَنٌ فيه لأحدٍ لصحته وثقة نَقَلَتِه... .
Abu Umar (Ibn Abd Al-Ber) has said '' no one should find faults about it because its document is valid and all of its narrators are reliable''.

Hafez Abubakr Heithami (died in 807 A.H.) says after narrating this narration
رواه أحمد والطبراني في الكبير والأوسط باختصار ورجال أحمد رجال الصحيح غير أبي بلج الفزاري وهو ثقة وفيه لين.
Ahmad and Tabarani (died in 360 A.H.) have narrated this narration briefly in the books '' Majam Kabir'' and '' Majam Usat''. The narrators of Ahmad are all the narrators of Sahih Bokhari apart from Abi Balaj Fazari that is relioable as well even though there is fault in him.

After narrating a part of the narration '' Ant Vali Kol Momen Badi'' that is a part of the detailed narration of Ibn Abbas, he says
و أما قوله: «وهو ولي كل مؤمن بعدي». فقد جاء من حديث ابن عباس، فقال الطيالسي (2752 ): حدثنا أبو عوانة عن أبي بلج عن عمرو بن ميمون عنه " أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال لعلي: " أنت ولي كل مؤمن بعدي ".
و أخرجه أحمد (1 / 330 - 331) ومن طريقه الحاكم (3 / 132 - 133) و قال: «صحيح الإسناد»، و وافقه الذهبي، و هو كما قالا.
The remark of the prophet (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants)'' he is the master of each believer after me'' has been narrated by IbnAbbas. Tialesi has said '' Abu Avane from Abu Balaj and he from Umarv Bin Meymun and he from Ibn Abbas have narrated '' the messenger of God said to Ali '' you are the master of each believer after me''.
Ahmad has also narrated it and Hakem has narrated it in this way and has said '' its document is valid and Zahabi has agreed with his opinion. The document of the narration is as Hakem and ZAhabi have said (it is valid).
Ahmad Shaker, the researcher of the book '' Mosnad '' of Ahmad Bin Hanbel, says about the following narration

The distortion of the narration by the Sunni scientists:
Since this narration proves the superiority of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) and on the other hand, it is considered as a big weak for the prophet, the Sunni scientists have tried to demonstre the situation as a usual situation with distorting the narration.
as it was already narrated, Ahmad Bin Hanbel in the book '' Mosnad'' and '' Fazael Al-Sahabe'', Ibn Asaker Dameshghi Selfi have used the word '' such and such a person'' instead of mentioning the name of Abubakr.
