Abu Abdullah ( Beihaghi) has said '' the Surah of Baraat was descended before the Hajj of Abubakr and it has been said in this Surah '' Nasi ( changing and delaying the haram months) increases the blasphemy of the( polytheists) and it has also has been said '' the number of months is twelve from the point of view of God''. Hence, is it accepted that Abubakr fulfilled the rituals of Hajj according to the foundation of the Arabic people wheras God has said that their action is blasphemy?

This is a question that Beihaghi cannot answer and leaves it without answer. The answer of Abubakr is clear; Abubakr never fulfilled Hajj in this year and was not the leader of Hojaj and his action was not '' Ziyade Fi Al-Kofr'' the same as the action of the Arabic people, but Abubakr was one of common people of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) and under the order of the prophet, he was obliged to issue the remarks of Amir Momenan to the polytheists and to express hate toward them.
It has been said clearly in the valid Sunni books that the Hajj of Abubakr was in the month of Zi Al-Ghade in that year and Ibn Teimie has confessed this matter. He has written in the book '' Sharh Al-Amde Fi Al-Faghe''
أن الحجَ قبلَ حجةِ الوداعِ كان يَقَعِ في غيرِ حِينِه لأن أهلَ الجاهليةِ كانوا يُنْسِئون النسيءَ الذي ذَكَرَهُ اللهُ في القرانِ حيثُ يقول: « إِنَّمَا النَّسيءُ زِيادَةٌ فِي الْكُفْرِ يُضَلُّ بِهِ الَّذينَ كَفَرُوا يُحِلُّونَهُ عاماً وَ يُحَرِّمُونَهُ عاماً لِيُواطِؤُا عِدَّةَ ما حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ فَيُحِلُّوا ما حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ زُيِّنَ لَهُمْ سُوءُ أَعْمالِهِمْ وَ اللَّهُ لا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكافِرين» فكان حجُّهم قبلَ حجةِ الوداع في تلك السنين يَقَعُ في غيرِ ذي الحجة.
رَوى أحمدُ بإسناده عن مجاهد في قوله «إنما النسيء زيادةٌ في الكفر» قال حَجُّوا في ذي الحجة عامين ثم حجوا في المحرم عامين ثم حجوا في صفر عامين فكانوا يَحُجُّون في كلِ سنةٍ في كلِ شهرٍ عامين حتى وافَقَتْ حَجةُ أبي بكر الآخر من العامين في ذي القعدة قبلَ حَجَّة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بسنةٍ ثم حج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من قابلٍ في ذي الحجة فلذلك حينَ يقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم «إن الزمان قد استدار كهيئته يوم خلق السموات والأرض».
The rituals of Hajj happened in a year before the Hajj of Veda and its due time because the people in the darkness period changed the months as God has said in the Quran '' Nasi ( changing and delaying the haram months) increases the blasphemy of ( the polytheists). The polytheists make mistakes and they consider it a year halal and another year haram so that it becomes the number of months God specified (in their imagination, it becomes four months). Hence, they consider whaever God prohibited halal and their ugly actions seem beautiful and God does not guide the unbelievers.
Then their Hajj happened in a year before the Hajj Al-Veda and in these years and it happened other than Zi Hajje.
Ahmad has said about this remark of God from Mojahed '' the people held the rituals of Hajj for two years in Zi Al-Haje. Then they fulfilled the rituals of Hajj for two years in the Moharam Month and two years in the Safar Month and afterwards, they fulfilled the rituals of Hajj one of months in two years untill the Hajj of Abubakr happened at the end of two years, in Zi Al-Ghade, and a year before the Hajj of the messenger of God. Then the messenger of God fulfilled Hajj in Zi Al-Haje in the next year. Therefore, the messenger of God said '' time is as God has created the earth and the sky from the first day''.

فإذا قاتلوا في شهر حرام حرموا مكانه شهرا آخر من أشهر الحل فيقولون نسأنا الشهر واستمر ذلك بهم حتى اختلط ذلك عليهم وخرج حسابه من أيديهم فكانوا ربما يحجون في بعض السنن في شهر ويحجون في بعض السنن في شهر ويحجون من قابل في شهر غيره إلى كان العام الذي حج فيه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فصادف حجهم شهر الحج المشروع وهو ذو الحجة.
When they were fighting in the Haram Month, they considered haram the month that was halal. Then they said '' we changed the month. Their changed continued untill they became confused of the months and forgot the arrangement of the months. then they fulfilled Hajj in a month in a year , another in another year and the next year in another month untill they fulfilled Hajj untill the messenger of God ( peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) fulfilled Hajj and their Hajj happened in the month that Hajj was legitimate and it was the Zi Al-Hajj Month.

فلما كانت السنة التاسعة من الهجرة حج بالناس أبو بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه فوافق حجه في ذي القعدة، ثم حج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في العام القابل فوافق عود الحج إلى وقته في ذي الحجة كما وضع أولاً.
When the ninth year arrived, Abubakr held the rituals of Hajj with people. Therefore, his Hajj coincided with the month of Zi Al-Ghade and the Hajj of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) happened in next year and it happened in the month of Zi Al-Haje as usual as it had already been determined.

It has been proved that Abubakr along with people fulfilled the rituals of Hajj in the ninth year and his Hajj coincided with the month of Zi Al-Haje.

حج أبو بكر ونادى علي بالأذان في ذي القعدة قال فكانت الجاهلية يحجون في كل شهر من شهور السنة عامين فوافق حج نبي الله (ص) في ذي الحجة.
Abubakr fulfilled the rituals of Hajj and Ali expressed hate and this story happened in Zi Al-Haje. Mojahed said '' the people of darkness period fulfilled the rituals of Hajj in every month every two years. The Hajj of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) happened in Zi Al-Haje.

قد كان أهل الجاهلية ينسئون وتغيير أسماء الشهور ولذلك لم تكن السنة التي حج فيها أبو بكر الصديق هي الوقت الذي وضع الحج فيه.
The ignorant people changed months and their names; therefore, the year that Abubakr fulfilled the rituals of Hajj was the month of Hajj.

Fulfilling Hajj along with the polytheists was not legitimate in that year and the Muslims never fulfilled Hajj in that year so that Abubakr was supposed to be their leader.but the Muslims that left Medina was to express hate to the polytheists and they considered this year the last year of Hajj. This duty was left to Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) according to the said narrations.
Abubakr, Abuharire or other Muslims came to Mecaa to express their hate because they obeyed the order of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) or the Sunni scientists should accept that they disobeyed the order of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) and did not left the mission Amir Momenan (peace be upon him).
The second point: the mission of Abubakr was to express hate and to recite the verses of Tawba Surah
According to five narrations that we analyzed and proved their validity, the mission of Abubakr was to recite the verses of Tawba Surah and to express hate from the polytheists and calling out special words in this journey. The messenger of God took this duty and mission and left it to Amir Momenan (peace be upon him).
In other words, only mission that was supposed to be done in this journey was expressing hate and there were no more missions to be done. For example, it has been said in the first narration
النَّبِيَّ (ص) بَعَثَهُ بِبَرَاءَةٌ لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ: لَا يَحُجُّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِك... فَسَارَ بِهَا ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ: «الْحَقْهُ، فَرُدَّ عَلَيَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ، وَبَلِّغْهَا أَنْتَ»، قَالَ: فَفَعَلَ... .
