After narrating a lot of narrations that demonstrate that the messenger of God took back the mission from Abubakr and gave it back to Ali Bin Abi Taleb (peace be upon him), Abu Jafar Tahavi has mentioned narrations of Bokhari and Moslem in the book '' Sharh Moshkel Al-Asar'' and he has tribed to make a common point between them
Abu Jafar (Tahavi): if a speaker says '' narrations have been narrated from Abuharire '' call out matters according to what you have narrated. Ali took part in it according to the order of Abubakr. Ibn Abi Davud has narrated it from Abu Aliman and he has narrated it from Shoeib Bin Hamze and he has narrated it from Zehri…
Then he has added
This speaker has said '' the Hadith of Abuharire demonstrates that preaching these matters have been done by Abuharire according to the order of Abubakr not Ali. There is a lot of anxiety in these narrations.
Our answer to him is a great honor and the help of God is that there is no anxiey. As it was said, Emarat in this Hajj was left to Abubakr and no one cooperated with him. Moreover, only Abubakr ordered in this journey and every one had to obey him not someone else. Therefore, Abubakr sent Abuharire with other Muezzins so that they obeyed the orders of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in realation to the mission that the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) had left to him.

He also adds after narrating a narration (Abuharire expressed hate in Mecca according to the order of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him)

Abu Jafar has said '' this narration demonstrates whatever Abuharire has expressd has been taught to him by Imam Ali (peace be upon him), but Abubakr ordered him to go toward Imam Ali (peace be upon him) because before coming back the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants), the leader of Hajj was Abubakr.
Whatever we said clarifies the superiority of the rank of Abubakr because he was the leader of the preacher of the messenger of God and he was the preacher of something that only he was qualified for.
In this story, the superiority of the rank of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) can be also proved because the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) left the responsibility of preaching to Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
Al-Tahavi Al-Hanafi, Abu Jafar Ahmad Ibn Muhammad Ibn Salame (died in 321 Hejira) Sharh Moshkel Al-Asar v 9 p 216; researched by: Shoaib Al-Arnowt; published by: Al-Resalat Isntitute; Lebanon; first edition; 1408 Hejira; 1987
As it was already said, narrations that the mission of preaching was left to Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) have been narrated with valid documents and we also proved their validity. Hence, if Abu Harire or someone else had done this mission in Mecca, it may have been according to the order of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) or the Sunni scientists should accept that Abu Harire disobeyed the order of the messenger of God, the mission was left to Amir Momenan ( peace be upon him).
In addition, the remark of Tahavi has other faults that we will refer to them.

The mission of Abubakr was according to the order of Abubakr and before he had been dismissed:

Whatever Bokhari and Moslem have narrated and Tahavi Hanafi has referred to them in order to prove that Abuharire did this mission according to the order of Abubakr cannot prove his purpose because Abuharire says '' Abubakr had ordered us to say such remarks to people in Mecca, but he has not said that this mission was done by Abubakr.
Since at first, this mission was left to Abubakr, maybe Abubakr left the responsibility of this affair to Abuharire. But when the mission was taken from Abubakr and it was left to Amir Momenan (peace be upon him), Abuharire should have done it according to the permission of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) and under his order not the order of Abubakr because Abubakr had no choice in this case and the messenger of God did not allow him to preach.

The contrast aspect in the remark of Tahavi:

Another point is that the remarks of Tahavi in contrast with each other because the remarks that Tahavi already said about Abubakr prove that Abubakr ordered Abuharire to call out in Mecca
He says in this narration that these remarks were said by Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) and Abubakr ordered Abuharire to accompany Amir Momenan and these two remarks are in contrast with each other.
We would like to ask him '' did Abuharire say these remarks according to the order of Abubakr or Amir Momenan (peace be upon him)?
If these remarks have been said by Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) , the narrations that he said before Tahavi and claimed according to them that saying these remarks of Abuharire were according to the order of Abubakr should be faked.
If Abuharire has said these narrations according to the order of Abuharire, we should accept that Abuharire and Abubakr have disagreed with the order of the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) because the messenger of God did not allow Abubakr to do this mission and left its responsibility to Amir Momenan (peace be upon him).

Abu Harire was the companion of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him):

Some narrations with valid document have been narrated and they demonstrate that Abuharire was the companion of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) and when Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) could not talk and became tired, Abuharire repeated those remarks instead of Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him). Ibn Haban has said in the book '' Sahih''
Mohrer Bin Abi Harire narrates from his father '' I was with Ali Bin Abi Taleb (peace be upon him) and talked for the polytheists. Whenever Ali could not talk and complained about the pain of the throat and became tired, I shouted instead of him. I asked why you called out. He said '' we said '' the polytheists cannot take part in the rituals of Hajj…''
Al-Tamimi Al-Basti, Muhammad Ibn Heban Ahmad Abu Hatam (died in 354 Hejira) Sahih Ibn Heban Betartib Ibn Belban; v 9 p 128 hadith no 3820; researched by: Shoaib Al-Arnowt; published by: Al-Resalat Institute; Beirut; second edition; 1414 Hejira; 1993
According to this narration, the main mission was left to Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) and when Amir Momenan (peace be upon him) became tired, he repeated those remarks instead of the prophet. This narration interprets and justifies the narrations related to announcing hate by Abu Harire and it expresses its purpose.

Abu Harire was the muezzin of Amir Momenan (peace be upon him).

Abu Ubeid Ghasem Bin Salam has written in the book '' Al-Amval''
Mohrer Bin Abu Harire has narrated from his father that I was the Muezzin of Ali Bin Abi Taleb. In such a situation, the messenger of God (peace of Allah be upon him and his descendants) sent him toward the people of Mecca for announcing Baraat. Abu Harire said '' I shout as long as I can''. Mohrer said '' I said why you shouted''. He called out '' only believers enter the heaven. From now on, no polytheists should take part in hajj and no naked persons should circle around the house of God. The due time of promise between the messenger of God and him is four months. If it becomes four months, God and his messenger will hate polytheists.
Abu Obeid Allah Ibn Salam (died in 224 Hejira) Ketab Al-Amval v 1 p 215 hadith no 456; published by: Dar Al-Fekr; Beirut; researched by: Khalil Muhammad Haras; 1408 Hejira; 1988
