Ingredients:
1 kg lamb or calf meat, bones removed
2 tbsp. tomato paste
¾ cup oil
2 to 3 tbsp. chopped and fried onion
3 garlic cloves, mashed
500 g tomatoes
3 green bell peppers
1 tbsp. flour
Now over to directions:
Cut meat into stewing cubes and wash finely. Pick a non-stick pan or pot. Place stewing meat, fried and garlic inside and cover. Cook over low heat till its juice is evaporated. Pour in 2 to 3 glasses of water and let cook properly but do not overcook.
Wash the peppers and empty the internal seeds. Remove its top and cut into small cubes. Add into the pot and then bring the heat to very low.
Drizzle a small pan in oil and sauté the flour nicely. Add to the pot followed by tomato paste. Mix well and wait till the juice from meat is entirely evaporated. Put tomatoes in a bowl of boiling water to remove the skins comfortably. Remove the seeds as well and apply their flesh, cut into cubes, in the cuisine. Add them into the pot as well and remember to season to tasre with salt and pepper. Allow till well-settled but make sure not to overcook. Transfer into a dish of desire and serve with bread.
