½ cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. oil (preferably hazelnut oil)

Hazelnut cookies, simple and sweet, are prepared very easily. If you apply its oil, for sure you will have better results taste-wise and smell-wise. Furthermore, the oil is excessively rich; oleic acid prevents cholesterol rise and its linoleic acid plays a great role in growth and health of body organs. It contains plenty of vitamin E which is good for heart and muscles of the body, preventing cancer.
Adding a little cocoa to the dough, you can make brown cookies. You can even halve the dough to make 2 kinds of cookies! To decorate, use chocolate and hazelnuts powder or even hazelnut chocolate.
Directions:
St the oven at 180 degrees Celsius to roast the nuts. Place the hazelnuts in a tray and lay in the heated oven 10 to 15 minutes. Don’t forget to put inside out a couple of times to avoid burning. Place inside the parchment paper and let it rest in the fridge at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the dough and cut into pieces of half a centimeter thick. Place the cookies inside the tray. Turn on the oven again at 180 degrees Celsius 10 to 15 minutes till baked (the edges grow golden). Allow them to cool down before serving.
To decorate, immerse each cookie in chocolate totally or partially and sprinkle nuts powder on top.
