Ingredients:
2 tbsp. oil
350 g veal, ground
½ whole onion, finely chopped
¾ tomatoes, pureed
2 red bell peppers, chopped
¼ cup olives, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp Black powder
1 package prepared dough
Recipe for Meat Doughnuts
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion.
2. Add the ground meat and sauté till brownish.
3. Pour in pureed tomatoes.
4. Add chopped bell pepper, olives, garlic powder, thyme powder, salt and black pepper. Allow 15 minutes to cook on mild heat.
6. Put enough mixture in the center of each dough to warp carefully. Put the edges on each other firmly. Shape with a fork.
7. Place the doughnuts in the oven tray and set in the pre-heated oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius almost 8 to 10 minutes till golden and crisp.
Recommendations:
You can fry doughnuts instead of cooking in the oven.
