The claim regarding lack of liberty is the focal attention of changes and political thoughts in late centuries. Freedom in goverments have usually been challenging in other word, promising and developing it has also resulted revolution henceforth, the liberal thought, to the large extend, is own to freedom ,especially individual freedom . fixing and keeping Islamic revolution and uvcovering secret faults of liberal systems , increases liberal doubts as well as royal puppet like systems worries and western's intelligent. Apart from international aspect of this issue , following this issue from internal points of view is also considerable . beacause there is scope of western thought in the country either in terms of decision making and thinking, it is necessary to know our duty regarding seperatin of Islamic thoughts and duties with those of secular. To have a kind of Islamic pattern , it is necessary to have Islamic theory concerning "freedom is necessary" which will be discussed briefly in this article after that a brief comparision will be made regarding freedom in Islamic system an non-islamic.

Meaning of freedom:

Freedom means possiblity of making or lack of it, doing or lack of doing ,being in this way or another, generally a state in which there are different choices for the man and he can choose only one. In other words, freedom means to be or not to be whether the man is free in z or without it or doing x

Choice and authority:

In Islamic culture and other divine religions ,freedom stems from man's authority therefore this issue distinguish between freedom concept in man and with other creatures and plants in fact, authority means the ability to do or not to do or decide something therefore, freedom ups and downs is the results of man or individuals intention in society .
According to Tomas Habez, "freedom means lack of blockage and the goal of blockage is something that stops revolution so; we can use freedom modifying inactive primates or objects, too . Izaya Berlin, criticizing Hegel's theory writes: the heart of freedom has been that we have right to resist, not to be generalist and stick to your creeds because those beliefs are yours this is indeed, a true freedom. Thomas habez definition ,as himself claims is general and does not only dedicated to Islam, therefore, lack of hindrance means achieving freedom not the kids of freedom that Berlin is talking which he wants for fight , opposition and destroying while it is not always so. In all of these definitions, disrespect to authority and freedom relation caused freedom to be limited in variety of choices and small while, the focus of all choices is the man's primary authority in choosing obedience or disobedience of great Allah therefor, it is the first factor freedom concept deviation in religious thoughts.

Responsibility and freedom:

The second reason of Islamic definition of freedom comparing those of liberal is lack of attention to freedom and responsibility. In Islamic definition, another side of freedom coin is responsibility. Accepting freedom based on this concept it means person decides freely on their own and the outcomes of his decision is to him and society. The westerns consider it up to the extent that the individual freedom should not violate the other's rights. John Mill writes "only part of human specific treatment by which man is responsible to society, is a part which relates to others otherwise,on the part concerning himself , his independence is perfect. Each human concerning himself, his body and his thoughts has absolute ruling right. In culture of Islam, all people in all of their activities are responsible in addition to the originality of responsibility concept it increases deviation of Islam definition which is investigating as criteria of freedom.

Criteria for freedom

In discussing theory of freedom, something that is more controversial is surveying goal, scope of obstacles and controlling factors by developing freedom which determines criteria of liberty and it is determined that where and how much of freedom to be and who is right to determine the scope of it as well as managing it practically .

Origin of freedom:

Freedom has an internal and inborn nature because its primordial is human authority and the first and most credit of freedom of man is his living style it means god obedience and his worshiping or disobedience and secularism which the fundamental field of displaying authority of human is this deviation. Determining the goal, scope of hindrances and necessity of obeying or disobeying others stem from primary authority of man and causes freedom theory to be different in two thinking systems of Islam.

The effect of freedom origin in its aims:

When the origin of freedom is authority, not only freedom doesn’t have intrinsic favorability but also ,determining this favorability in freedom will not be the same by assuming obedience or animalism. Choosing god obedience aimed at achieving perfect worship while, choosing disobedience and animalism aimed at secularism which this goal rules over all human decisions. in the culture of Islam ,the goal of creation has been identified worship so, based on this criteria a correct freedom is selection of choices which help the man and society to achieve their goals therefore, western liberal intelligent and communists are strongly against the above comments and they consider life as the goal of human being and achieving a happiness future, according to them, is just a kind of dogmatism. Herasten believed that the goal of life is life itself and the aim of each life and each living era must itself not achieve something in the future. According to these groups values are not things to be present in the world in advance and people can , only discover them henceforth, Berlin comments " men creates values based on some unchanging features of human nature due to their necessity . One of the most important values is freedom. In Islamic attitude, values stem from divine knowledge which planned based on perfection of man, society, and all community. Freedom which is an intervening value but achieving it determines human benefits.

Effect of freedom goal in determining scope and obstacles of freedom:

Out of the most important factors concerning existence or non-existence of freedom therefore, it is disagreement on freedom which lake of correct achieving it makes people feel autarchy in society. If people and community perceive their freedom as more obedience of god then, they will not think of religious practices as hindrance to their freedom but they know lack of such constrains in non- Islamic countries as the sign of self-imprisonment and salacious rulers. In Islamic culture, in addition to outside hindrances person must overcome internal obstacles, too it means that most of ethical teachings of Islam provide the way for enlargement of human freedom.

Effect of freedom scope law-making:

In every community, law is means of freedom scope as well as its enforcement. Law either can maintain or enlarge freedom therefore, in every community such as Islam, freedom scope identifies by law which is evident and popular because, any community does not welcome general chaos but we can make differentiation between before or after faking of law. The philosophy of counterfeiting act must be person's greatness as well as community which coincide with liberty enlargement but law before faking determines the amount of individual's authorities which is considered organizations and ruling therefore, this question that what is human primary authority as well as his final end? is either presupposed for law or, law enforcement also is determinant which of which law allowance it accept.
Rules in Islamic community consist of religion or non-religion ones (directly narrated of holy Quran and the Imams) vice versa, non-religion rules are those which has been needed ruling but , in retold resources there is no a clear rule relating them henceforth, the first group are stable while the second one is volatile and obedient therefore, in Islamic society, the rules of second group at least, should not be against the rules of the first group and as far as possible, must be ruled in line with them. Liberty in this article is defined as the completeness of his behavior which is incomplete in perfection or downfall hereafter, obeying religion rules will cause development of individual as well as society however, human and common rules to the extent that is followed and obeyed will be as valuable as those of divine rules. The beginning of above theory differentiation with liberal democrat system and using rules is merely for advocating this kind of freedom therefore, this deviation caused that ,in western systems, rule do not account for real liberty.

The relation of liberty and velayatees:

Apparently, to the extent which a person follow another in fact has restricted his freedom but, in reality the man who lives in society accepting other's obedience is necessary for him which the amount of this and spread of this obedience is in line with ruling government and the person or the organization in which the society exists. At the time of infallible Imams, the necessity of obeying them has been proved in Shia scripts that’s why, this kind of velayat, not only is not an obstacle for freedom but also is the only way of real freedom development. But some people who are not correctly aware of reasonable obedience of holy prophet and absence era supposed that the duty of holy prophet has just been preaching and saying truth while holy Quran warned people about obeying god ,prophets and owners of commands and even in some comments ,the position of Imam given to holy prophet ,as well and by holy prophet 's passing away
the absence of infallible Imams doesn’t occur, too
Degrees of freedom;

Individual freedom:

Human as a live creature, apart from social life has authorities as well as freedom of actin. Of course human is affected by natural hindrances and even man himself of course it is not to the extent to spoil this scope. The variety of man's needs his appeals, His abilities and natural circumstances constrain his freedom. But the important thing is that individual freedom relates to affairs which their primary necessity is not violating other's authorities even if occur in community. In liberal democratic thoughts maintaining and developing individual freedom is crucial.
Constan says: individual right, is in fact freedom and social rights guarantees freedom
National freedom (social )
In national freedom, known as civilized and social freedom as well, the subject is violating freedom of those who live in society. Therefore, national freedom means presence of human intention in obeying other's will and social equipment in their own specific way. To the extent that this scope of authority develops it can activate more here, the proportion of need, power and condition determines the scope of freedom, and also here effective need of society and need supplying is important and the goal of conditions are human relationship as well as community products therefore, power of individual will have a considerable development in line with new conditions , too

Para national liberty:

Transnational freedom means the will of a nation in proportion to other nations in global evolution. In this stage, freedom of that nation will be developed as far as it can. Any community is not against development and continuously trying to develop therefore, the difference is that this development is share of man on other communities. The agreement is that presence happen based on Islam culture as a result, development of divine values and getting rid of Satan worship would happen and if this development of freedom occurs based on globalization material it would cause Blasphemy and idolatry of Satan.

Relation of freedom levels with each other:

Increase of civilized freedom is affected by transnational freedom while development of personal freedom is affected by civilized freedom development it means that along with historical development of a civilization, internal developments have changed and have brought about a new capacity of influences therefore, this event causes development of social organizations as well as all civilized authorities of the community.

Comparison of freedom development in Islamic system as well as those of non-Islamic:

In order to make or have a cursory analysis of freedom development in these two systems we can work based on two versions such as theory and visual so, based on theoretical version freedom in in material system is based on obeying self and devil which ends in imprisonment and misery. In material systems, there are different gods and varieties of belongings which stop them to achieve a single destination for development and evolution. The idea of western freedom is the result of this vagueness and doubts while freedom which is defined as man releasing without any obstacle and trap does not have any outside existence so, its limitation is only worshiping of god which follows liberty enlargement or on the other side of the coin, is slaving self and devil which leads into imprisonment therefore, when western freedom is analyzing based on this criteria and intellectual basis it is natural that individual freedom proclaim ,social, open relation, global freedom, and trying for people co-operation in global society is only a mirage while according to Islam, great god have created whatever is on the earth and under the control of the man but providing that makes him get ride of external lost as well as worshiping idols in a way that in Islam surrendering to god is of freedom necessities and obeying every leader who causes obeying god is in Islam requirements ,too. Obeying god and Imams and referring to holy Quran expert leader at the time of absence and scope of social velayat is proving freedom, too
In a visual survey and theories of some western intelligent existence of freedom in west is questioned. Constan" in relation with whatever was misery they called it victory to political freedom" says: they spread it in all over society but doesn’t long last that power of community gained by majority and then of majorities to some people , and finally power passed to by a person and as before harmed the society. Rivals continued competing where only one person remained in the field and at that time no one could use rivalry as a slogan. in social and cultural freedom apparently they defend current freedom of information ,freedom of thinking , creed and expression and they set all international agreements and enouncements but in practice, it has been continuously observed that due to disbelieve or public sprit they start restrictive activities and even attacking against them or sponsor raiders by their military and the press
