Drinks are divided into two categories: cold drinks and hot drinks, they are liquids which we use them in different ways. Two-thirds of our body is from liquids. Use certain liquids in a day, causing organs to properly do their job and in this way, we ensure that our body is healthy, and in light of that, we have a happy and vibrant life. Any type of drink has its own position and if it is used in a timely manner, it will bring the desired result.
For example, drinking a glass of water with some honey and fresh lemon juice and a piece of ice give freshness to a really tired human body or drinking a large cup of hot decoction of Kakuti oregano, with some honey in the winter and in cold weather gives pleasure and warmness to the human body and it is a good sedative.
Here, we can mention an interesting and innovative drinks that provide the human body' s needs and gives health and freshness to him..

1- Honey and fresh lemon syrup

Ingredients:

Fresh Shirazi lemon ..................... 1 pcs
Honey ..................... 1 tbsp
Small ice ..................... 3 slice
Recipe:
First, pour honey and fresh lemon juice with water into a glass, stir it gently with a fork until honey is completely dissolved. Next, add ice to it and let it be cool, then drink it slowly.
This syrup is for women as well as people who have cholera and food poisoning. It is so helpful.

2- honey with saffron syrup

ingredients:

Fresh Shirazi lemon ..................... 1 pcs

Pour Honey in a glass of water and completely dissolve it, then add eggs and gently stir the syrup to be glazed over, then add rose water, saffron and ice to it and let the syrup get cool, then drink it slowly..

4- honey with Sisymbrium irio (xakshir) syrup

Ingredients:

Sisymbrium irio ………………. a quarter of cup
honey ..................... 1 tbsp
Small ice ..................... 3 slice

Recipe:

First wet Sisymbrium irio (xakshir) for 5 to 10 minutes of, then wash it with salty sand a few times, then fill a quarter of the glass by washed Sisymbrium irio, and add honey to it and gently stir until honey is completely dissolved in it. Pour Honey in a glass of water and completely dissolve it, then add the peppermint and ice to it and let the syrup gets cool, and drink it slowly. This drink comforts the digestive system, the stomach and intestines. it is very useful for losing weight..

8- honey syrup with brandy sour orange flower and seeds of blue skullcap

Ingredients:

Brandy sour orange flower ..................... 5 tablespoons
Blue skullcap ..................... 1 teaspoonful
Honey ..................... 1 tbsp
Small ice ..................... 3 slice

Recipe:

Completely solve the honey in a glass of water, add blue skullcap to it and gently stir it until it glaze over, then add brandy sour orange flower to it and ice pieces too, let the syrup gets cool, then Drink it slowly. It is a sedative syrup. Drink it in the morning and at night, thus sleeping after drinking it, is very good.

9- BlackBerry syrup

Ingredients:

Ripe blackberry ..................... 1 kg
Honey ..................... 500 g
Small ice ..................... 3 slice
Water ……………………… As required

Recipe:

Put BlackBerry with honey in blender and mix them thoroughly, then pass the material from a filter. The raw material of the syrup is ready. Fill One-third of glass by syrup, then add water to it and stir it well to get a uniform solution.
Finally, add the pieces of ice to it, and let it to get cool, then drink it slowly. This syrup is very sweet and it is anti-hepatitis. it is also good for liver diseases, and viral skin. It is so useful and very effective in regulating the digestive system.
For storage of liquid, pour it in a glass bottle, so that 10 cm of the empty bottle and put it in the refrigerator and shake it every day until it is completely mixed in the honey, it maintain mold.

10- strawberry syrup

Ingredients:

Ripe strawberries ..................... 1 kg
Honey ..................... 500 g
Small ice ..................... 3 slice
Water..................... As required

Recipe:

The preparation of this syrup is like the BlackBerry syrup, except that strawberries should be cleaned and put in a colander until the water is drained.

11- cider

Ingredients:

Ripe apple ..................... 1 kg
Fresh lemon juice …………….1 tablespoon
Honey ..................... 1 tbsp

13- barberry syrup

Ingredients:

Barberry ..................... 500 g
Honey ..................... to the extent necessary
Small ice ..................... 3 slice

Recipe:

First clean barberry, rinse them with cold water once, and then put them in an enamel dish. as much as 4 to 5 times the weight of barberry, add water and let it to be boiled for a few minutes. After its cooling, separate the core, wait for 24 hours to be dried completely. Then grind it and pour it into a bottle and put it in the refrigerator.

Pour Grape juice with apple vinegar in a glass of water, and mix them with the juice of the grape. Next, the add pieces of ice to it, wait until the syrup gets cool, then drink it slowly. This drink is for the digestive system and it also strengthens and cleans the liver and it is good for hot season, its quenching thirst is great.

15- syrups Cherry

Ingredients:

Ripe cherries and without their cores ..................... 1 kg
Honey ..................... 500 g
Small ice ..................... 300 slice
Water …………….. As required

Recipe:

Wash the cherries and put them in a colander until the water is drained, then remove the core of cherries and put them with honey together in a blender, mix them thoroughly. The raw material of the syrup is ready. Fill One-third of cup by raw materials which are prepared, and add some water to it and stir it well to obtain a uniform solution. Then, add the pieces of ice to it, wait for it to get cool. Then drink it slowly. 16- Cherry Syrup

19- Prune syrup

Ingredients:

Ripe Prune without its core ..................... 1 kg
Honey ..................... 500 g

Water …………… As required

How to prepare and use the Peach and prune syrups are quite similar. This syrup is very sweet and it cleans the intestines and liver, it is very helpful and makes you happy and relaxed.

20- golden plum syrup

Ingredients:

golden ripe plum ………………… 1 kg
Honey ..................... 500 g
Small ice ..................... 3 slice
Water …………… As required

Recipe:

Wash Aloha and clean them, put them in boiling water for a few minutes (plums must be intact and free of any rust and stain). After cooling, separate their skin, and put them with honey in a blender and mix them thoroughly to get a uniform mixture..

Ingredients:

Ripe black plum ..................... 1 kg
Honey ..................... 500 kg

Water …………… As required

Recipe:

How to prepare and use this syrup is quite similar to golden plum syrup. This syrup is useful for depression.
Note:
Those Plums which have a healthy appearance must be used.

22- rhubarb syrup

Ingredients:

Ripe and juicy rhubarb ..................... 2 kg
Honey ..................... to the desired amount
Small ice ..................... 3 slice
Water …………… As required

Recipe:

Wash and clean Rhubarb with water. fill A third to a half glass by water of rhubarb, then add to this water a desired amount of honey and stir it well until a uniform solution is achieved, then add the ice to it, and let it to be cool; then drink it slowly. This syrup is good for spring, and it prevents seasonal allergies.

23- syrup green cucumbers

Ingredients:

Small cucumber …………. 1 pcs
Fresh lemon ..................... 1 pcs
Honey..................... One tablespoon
Small ice ..................... 3 slice
Water …………… As required

Recipe:

Mix Honey with fresh lemon juice in a glass of water, so that the honey dissolves completely in the water, then grate the cucumber, and add it to the syrup, then add ice to it, let it be cool, then Drink it slowly. This syrup has minerals ingredients so it is perfect for summer in which we get thirsty and it prevents heatstroke..

24- Mango syrup

Ingredients:

Ripe and healthy mango ..................... 1 pcs
Honey ………………. 2 tablespoons
Chopped ice1 ..................... cup
Water ……………… 2 cups

Recipe:

Peel the mango, remove the core, then put it with honey, water and ice in a blender and mix them thoroughly. This syrup is very tasty and delicious, if you add a tablespoon of olive oil, it improves vision, and it is very useful for the eyes.

25- Quince lemon

Ingredients:

Lemon leaves ……………………. 2 tablespoons
Boiling water ………………. 1/5 cups
Honey ..................... 1 tbsp
Small ice ..................... 3 slice

Recipe:

Chop lemon leaves, mix with half a glass of boiling water and put it on a medium heat for 30 minutes. It should be in a Chinese teapot, after its cooling, fill one third of cup, then add water and honey and Stir it well until you get a uniform solution, in the end, add the ice to it, and wait for it to be cool down, then slowly drink it. Daily consumption of this drink is recommended to calm the nerves and relieve depression. It is very useful.
