The dish is originally made in Kermanshah Province.
Abgusht is a kind of gravy which is made with meat, grains and vegetables.
Ingredients
Lamb meat , with bones, 500 g
Chickpeas and white beans, 1 cup altogether
Unripe grapes, 300 g
Potatoes, 2 nos
Tomato paste, 7 tbsp
Onions, 2 nos
Salt, turmeric , pepper and saffron, as per taste
 
Directions
Put water inside a pot over the flame. Bring it into a boil and add in meat pieces along with chickpeas and beans. Once the ingredients are cooked, add in potatoes in whole.
Season with tomato paste, Unripe grapes, turmeric,pepper and brewed saffron. Put the lid and allow the potatoes to cook . Once all the ingredients are thoroughly cooked, remove the pot from the heat. Serve it in a desired bowl. You can consume the dish with fresh herbs, pickled garlic cloves, and Doogh, a national drink made with yogurt, salt, powdered mint and water. Bon Appetit!
