Abgusht is a kind of gravy which is made with meat, grains and vegetables.
Ingredients
Lamb meat, with bones and fat, 300 g
Onion, 1 no
Tomato paste, 1 tbsp
Local white beans, 200 g
Turmeric powder, salt and pepper, as per taste

Directions
Soak the beans for couple of hours. Cut the meat into pieces. Put water inside a pot and put inside the wedged onions, meat and pre-soaked beans and let it simmer. Drain its water and fill with new water. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric, and pepper as well as tomato paste and let it cook thoroughly. Once all the ingredients are well-done, switch off the heat and remove the pot. Transfer Abgusht into your desired serving bowl. You can serve it with sliced onions and your desired pickle.
