Those vegetarians who are sick and tired of meat, can find a healthy alternative to meat. Mushroom Cutlet is a nice option as a light and delicious meal. Many families would like to decorate their tables with Kuku and cutlets in the month of Ramadan.
Here is the recipe for a healthy yet savory dish.
Ingredients
500 g mushrooms2 cloves garlic
3 eggs
1/2 glass Flour or powdered toasted bread
2 tablespoons aromatic herbs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper for seasoning
Oil for frying
Directions
Grind the mushrooms. Take a mixing bowl and mix the mushrooms with dried aromatic herbs such as mint, tarragon and the like. Add the powdered toasted bread. You can also apply soft and fresh dough inside the baguette which is much better. But if you don't have it available, you can replace with flour or powdered toasted bread. After that, crack in the eggs and mix well. If the mixture is loose and mushy, you can add a little flour. Season to taste with salt, pepper powder and turmeric. Add the crushed garlic and mix the ingredients well to get a consistent mixture. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and take off a walnut-sized piece and flatten with your palm. Put in hot oil. Repeat this with all your mixture. Put the lid and allow the bottom of cutlets to fry. Then turn them over to fry the other side as well. You can put them on paper towel to absorb the excess oil. It is ready now! Arrange in a serving dish and garnish with your desired vegetables. Serve with bread. Bon Appetit!
Note,
If desired, and in fact if you are not a mere vegetarian, you can apply the ground meat in your recipe.
