The respectable translator of this book has translated it from English original version in 1365 that has been published by Shiraz University publications. He has added an introduction about the writer (Rashid khalifah) and another abstract is about “translator’s speech”. He also has presented some complements that can calculate some letters on the basis of the Arabic alphabet (according to Hebrew and syrianic arrangement) and even he has mentioned some errors in the English text.
And their repetition has been necessary in every case.
For example, the order of the worship has been addressed three times to all people .And it has presented three times to Meccian, three times to prophet. Shuʻid has told three times to his people and Nooh, Hood, Ṣalih and Jesus have told three times to their people. This is a strange and wonderful secret. He has concluded the miracle of the holy Quran from the regular numbers.

The book has been published in 88 pages and he has studied the mathematic relationship about the segmental letters. In particular, he has surveyed the different states of ‘’Allah utterance''.
The numerical miracle in the holy Quran: Abdul Razāq Nufil
The book was published in three separated parts and then as the title‘’the numerical'' in the holy Quran’’ was translated by Mostafā Hosseyni Ṭabā Ṭabāei. He tried to present the mathematic system of words repetition in the holy Quran.
For example, the world and hereafter words have been used 115 times in the holy Quran.
In addition, Satan and angel words have been used 68 times. the word '' living'' and its derivations and the word ''death'' have been used145 times in the holy Quran.
He represents the word repetition as Divine’s miracle in the introduction of the book and says that this proves the balance among Quran words and it is impossible that the holy Quran is not a divine message because it is more than human’s power and human’s mind.
Because one prophet spoke about Quran for 23 years and was able to keep the balance of his words in peace and war….it is nothing except miracle). )

The miracle of number nineteen in the holy Quran: Basām Nahād jarā:
After he has described in Dr. Rashed’s the mathematical systems, he has pointed to some causes about them. Moreover, he has proved the miracle of number nineteen in a new way in the holy Quran. For example, he said ‘’38 numbers have been used in the holy Quran which these are multiplied in 19. Also, the numbers of integers that have been used in Quran is 285 times which these are multiplied in 19.

Tafsīre Nimunah: Ayatollah Makarim Shirazi;
He has widely reported the discussion about the first verse of Al-ʻImran by Dr. Rashid khalifah in the second volume of Tafsīre Nimunih.But judgment about its accurate requires more research, so he has not judged about it. After he pointed to the subject of D r. Rashid khalifah, he has concluded:
a.) Learning by heart, the main method of inscription of the holy Quran.
b) This subject is another reason of the prevention of the holy Quran distortion. (Because if one word or letter diminished of the holy Quran, the number would not be correct).
c) Meaningful statements: (After mentioning these letters, surahs that start with the segmental letters represent the legitimacy and the greatness of the holy Quran).
In the end, they have concluded that Qur'anic letters that have been descended to the prophet for 23 years are very exact and regular. In addition, keeping and maintaining their ratios were impossible without electronic brain.
The numerical miracle of the holy Quran and the rejection of the misgivings: Mahmood Ahmadi; he has tried to answer about some problems that have been applied for the numerical miracle and the calculations of Abdul Al-razaq Nufil and Rashid Khalifah. At the first, he has summarized all of the subjects of Rashid khalifah and Abdul Razaq Nufil and then has expressed them.

Odd and even numbers of mathematic miracles in the holy Quran: Kuroush Jam Nishan;
God has sworn to the even and odd numbers in the third verse of Al- Fajr sourah. This has made him think that the holy Quran may include the numerical system on the basis of the even and the odd numbers.In conclusion, adding the even numbers exactly equals to the number of Quranic verses (6236) and adding the odd numbers equals to the number of surahs (6555) .Therefore, he has proved another symbol of the numerical miracle of the holy Quran.

Some writers have written a paper with this title “lost name of God” inspired by the above book. They have claimed that the absence of “name of Allah” in Tubah surah and its repetition in Naml surah are one of the Quranic miracles. He has proved it with using these sourahs.
The rhetoric and the numerical miracle of the holy Quran: Dr. Abul Zahrā Njdi; he has followed Dr. Rashid Khalifah’s work.
For example, he has said that Sujdah words have been used 34 times in the holy Quran which represents 34 Sujdah in the daily praying.
Opponents of the numerical miracles of the holy Quran.

1. Hossayn nāji Mohammad Muhyi Al-din
He has strongly criticized people who think the number nineteen is one of the secrets in the holy Quran and he has thought that it has been recognized as a lie to God.
He mentioned that the number nineteen is Baha’ism’s slogan. Muslims consider them impious and infidel. Moreover, he has got some evidence to represent that a year includes nineteen months in Baha’ism’s point of view and each month includes nineteen days. Their book, Al-Bayān, includes nineteen parts, and each part includes nineteen chapters.
And their daily praying includes nineteen Rakʻat (unit of prayer consisting of three postures standing, gen uflexion and prostration).In other sections, he also mentioned that nineteen is not only for the holy Quran and represented statements that have been formed on the basis of nineteen without using computers whereas the statements are invalid.
He has represented that there is not any relationship between in the name of God the Merciful and the Compassionate (بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم)”and the segmental letters in the surahs and the hell (nineteen realties of the hell) and in another section, he has explained the numerical errors of whom believe in the numerical miracles.
He has written’’ after I researched about the repetition of the letters in surahs, I understood that Dr. Rashid khalifah has told a lie intentionally so that he could reach to his intended results about the letters repetition in each surah, and prove that all numbers are divisible to the number nineteen.
He has dealt with Rashid khalifah’s thoughts deviations in other sections.
The numerical miracle and mathematic discipline of the holy Quran: Abās Yazdāni;
He has discussed about some errors related to some books and papers that have accepted the numerical miracles in a detailed paper in kiyhān Andīshe magazine and he has considered this as a deviational event that has confused the people.
He mentioned that we could not see any descriptions that paid attention to the verbal aspect of the holy Quran from the numerical miracle point of view. Dr. Rashid Khalifah said: “in the name of God the Merciful and the Compassionate” includes nineteen words and every word in this verse has been used in the holy Quran in a way that is divisible to nineteen.
“In the name of God” 19 times, “Allah” 2698 times, “compassionate” 57 times and “merciful” 114 times have been used in the holy Quran and he replied
“57 is correct from this statistic” and then mentioned “to correct “Allah", we should calculate “بالله,تالله,لله,فالله” ,but we should not calculate “اللهم” or “اسم” has been used 22 times. “باسم” only “7 times
Then, he has mentioned the penchant uses from the Quran verses. And he has replied to ‛Adnān Rifaei engineer that has said “Yum((یوم” word has been used for 365 times. He wrote “he has considered “Yum” singular and has not calculated “Yuma'izin” , “Yumi'kum” and “Yumi'him” ,but he has calculated “Bil-yum” and “Fal-yum”.
In general, logical methods have not been applied to count numbers. In some cases, singular has been calculatedand in other cases its derivations have been calculated.
In reply to Kuroush Jam, he has written about “odd and even miracles''. ”
Morebasic mistake is that such subject is not about proving the miracles of the holy Quran because we can easily write a book and create such discipline among chapters and the number of statements from the beginning.
In other sections, he has criticized Abdul Razaq Nufil that he has said that Iblis (devil) word has been used 77 times. However, his claim about “Istiʻāzah (استعاذه)” is not correct. And the correct utterance of Iste‛āzah has been used 7 times in the holy Quran and with its derivations 16 times, and he has criticized Abdul Razāq Nufil for other cases and there is not any clear relationship between sorrows and thanks. (Each one has been used 75 times with their derivations in the holy Quran.)
In other sections, he mentioned that it is supposed even the balance or coordination between them is most which the statistic and the countable numbers are possible, but it cannot be concluded the Quran is non-human because it is not possible that a person can compile a book and subsume such formula in it.
It is necessary to mention to some subjects about the numerical miracles of the Quran:
1. It is clear from the previous subjects which many Muslim scientists have followed the mathematic discipline in the holy Quran, and have achieved to the good results although some of their calculations were wrongs or they were followed by personal penchant and style.
Therefore, it can be understood from two parties’ remarks which the Quran mathematic discipline has been accepted by the numerical miracles advocates and opponents intensively. However, not all cases (all claimed cases) have been accepted.
2. As it was discussed, the basis of the number 19 in all of the verses and the Qur’anic numbers is wrong. However, it does not mean that all of the Islamic scientists that represented these words were Baha’ism or deviationist.
These discussions are not correct in the scientific subjects. It is interesting that some of these people have accused of Dr. Rashid khalifah and other people to the thinking deviations whereas they have accepted the numerical miracle of 19 in a different way in their book.
3. The Quran mathematics discipline: (there are some limited cases and both parties accepted) there are wonderful subjects because an illiterate person has brought a book with the special mathematic discipline during 23 years and this book has been brought in different psychological moods such war, peace and in different places and times (Not like a scientist that compiles a discipline book in his library comfortably) and there are great and eloquent subjects in it.
The subject is very wonderful and strange. However, have you claimed that the mathematic discipline has proved the Quran miracles?
There are two main problems: first, the subject can be damaged from the point of view of Ṣughrā because the mathematic discipline has not been proved totally. Many of the proved subjects cannot prove these miracles.
Second, it can be damaged from the point of view of Kubrā because the holy Quran has been challenged (create a book like Quran if you can), but the challenges are not public and do not include all of the aspects of the Quranic miracles.
We answered to the second problem in the first chapter and therefore, the scientific miracles of the holy Quran cannot be proved by the holy Quranic miracles at the present. We represented that the Quran challenge may be public, but the first problem has remained still.
4. According to the above subjects and lack of proving thenumerical miracles of the holy Quran, the results that Dr. Rashid khalifah has got will become null and void. The place of descent of surahs, their arrangement, their inscription, and the special methods of the division of the verses have not been proved unless the numerical miracle of the holy Quran can be proved completely and clearly.
5. Some advocates of the Quran numerical miracles have used the subject to prove the non-mutilated Quran, and some of them have mentioned the risk of mutilating the Quran.
Although the numerical miracle has a report language, it can be told that it is a mathematic discipline, but it did not tell how it could be. Therefore, the mathematic discipline of the holy Quran is not the reason of mutilating or non-mutilating of the holy Quran.
6. Some of the problems related to the advocates of the numerical miracle of the holy Quran have been reflected by opponents’ remarks and we have represented some of the problems of the numerical miracles opponents’ remarks in the footnotes. Therefore, we will not repeat them.
