Protocol No. 18, 19, 21 and 22 of Jewish (Zionist) leaders to conquer the world

Protocol No. 18

- because many of the conspirators just say some nonsense phrases, so as long as they do not commit an obvious activity, we would not notice them. But we will send people among them in the name of the observer. We shall keep in mind that if a government wants to disclose the discovered conspiracy, it will reduce its dignity and prestige. Because it indicates that either the Government acknowledges their weakness, or there is a severe injustice.
You know it well that every so often we have sent our agents to Gentile Kings under cover of political activities and we have reduced their dignity. We have forced Gentile rulers to declare that they have thought of measures to protect themselves secretly, and thus, we have forced them to admit their weaknesses. Soon we will shatter their power.
- we will protect rulers very secretly, but the approach of protection would not be so dramatic and important. Because we do not want to admit that there are conspiracies on the way and the ruler does not have power of dealing such conspiracy. And we do not admit the ruler hides him from the dangers.
- If we accept that there are risks on the way like non-Jews who have always accepted the risks and threatens, we have signed the death warrant of rulers by our hands. If the reality does not work for the ruler, it will work for his successors soon.
Government by intimidation
- appearance of our government is in such a way that shows the ruler uses all his power for the welfare of his people, not to protect their interests and relatives.
So when people see such a behavior his rule will be under the protection by the especial people and he will be praise in an exaggerated way; as well-being of every citizen depends on authority of the government.
- protection of ruler is so clear that is a sign of weakness in power and management of the leader.
- when our ruler walks Lord we among the people, apparently eager men and women, who are in fact the guards to him, surround him and they form the first forefront of visitors and pretend it to be needed to push others back without respect in order to keep order in the ranks. This act will reduce pressure and sadness of people who have attacked to meet him. If someone in the community wants to give a petition to the rulers, those who are at the forefront will take his petition and will give it to the ruler before his eyes, so that they know the ruler watches over all things. People should always say, "If ruler knows this or hears this, he will do many things."
- If a formal organization is established to protect the ruler, his dignity will be lost. Moreover, rebellions will be waiting for an opportunity to start their attack on time.
- those who commit crimes against us after getting certain we will arrest them and we will not let them escape. Those who commit crimes in politics should be asked about their motive. Protocol No. 19

- If we do not prevent expressing any independent theory in politics, undoubtedly we will encourage people to give reports, suggestions, plans and projects to government for improving their living conditions. Of course, this in turn will make us realize advantages and disadvantages of recommendations of people who are under our domination and then we can respond them in two ways. We will maybe implement their proposal or we may reject their views by showing them how shallow and false their judgments are.
- revolt against the government is like dog barking at the elephant; as a government, which is well organized in view of the people, not the police, does not care these revolts. So, to show important these rebellions are, we cannot find a better example than barking dogs at elephant. Because when the dog clearly saw elephant, it will stop barking and will shake its tail.

- I want to add detailed interpretation on domestic loans to what I reported to you at the last session; I would not say a thing about foreign loans because our government does not need foreign loans due to using the money of non-Jews.
- We will lend our excessive money to non-Jewish nations as loans and by the use of bribery of managers and negligence and ignorance of rulers of these countries, we will take back double or triple of their money. Can anyone do this to us? Since we do not get foreign loans, the answer is no. So I just mention details of internal loans.
- Gentile governments confirm that people can give loans to government by buying bonds. The price of those bonds is at a level that all would be able to have the purchasing power. Those who buy them in first days will be given discounts. But next days prices go up artificially and the reason for high prices will be announced demand and excessive influx of people. After a few days, the governments will announce that the coffers are full of money and the demand for bonds is more than needed loans. Eventually the governments say to people that they should trust their promissory notes from the government and code of all cases lies in this last point.
- When the so-called comedian play ended, the governments will face loans that become heavier day to day, and they will be obliged to borrow new loans to pay interest on these loans. But not only new loans are paid for old loans, but they are added to the previous loans. Furthermore, when the current credits were consumed, states will be imposed to pay their loans by new taxes. In fact, this type of taxes are loans that are paid for other loans.
- after a while bondholders are announced that if they are ready to reduce the purchased bonds, they can convert their bonds. Of course, this is not possible without the consent of the lenders. - In the reports that I have given to you, I have attempted to carefully depict secrets of past events, future, current events that are going to join great historical currents, as well as the secrets of our relations with non-Jews and performance of financial issues. By the way, I add a brief discussion that remained.
