There are two states: (2)

There are always two states for the patients, whether they are insured or non-insured.
If they are insured woe unto them! ... And they are faced with insurance centers’ unnecessary taking on and suffering and discomforts that you know better than me. They are always trying for improvement, but every day they are sicker than the day before! Or they are non-insured. There are two states for non-insured patients: whether they are like the author of this article who don’t have money in their pockets or they are rich. If they are rich, good for them and doctors and hospitals that welcome them with open arms. But, if they are penniless, there are two states: whether they know someone in a hospital or clinic or they don’t have this God's blessings!
If they know someone and have relations, good for them again, and this person or class can be matched with rich people… and their benefits can be considered in those rows… (But, do penniless people have relations?!) And if they don’t have relations, there are two states again:
Whether an unseen help comes and rescues that poor people from the abyss of annihilation...or no unseen help comes to rescue them and really woe unto them who have no money, no relation, and no God's blessings… And there is only one way for this poor and unfortunate class that the life is actually (Hell House) for them. And there is no other way but one! And that way is:
These patients should go to their storeroom and lock the door and whine and shout for the crime of being sick and penniless and not having relation to get out their pleasure of their sweet life from their teeth! And the milk that they have eaten from their mother come out from the corners of their eyes, until they no longer be sick without permission! ... Even non-insurance sick! ...
