The Caesarean entrance (gate) is built in the North of the Imam (Naqsh-e Jahan) Square of Isfahan. One of the most striking paintings in the Safavid era is displayed on the Gate. From there you get into one of the most beautiful global markets. Expensive goods used to be sold in the market in the Safavid era and representatives of foreign companies were given rooms there. As one of the biggest markets of Iran, it has different parts, such as handicrafts, gold and silver, carpets, and shoes sections, where specific products are offered. Visitors spend hours to look around.
