Bishop Patrick Robertson

He is one of the first men of fundamentalist church that realized the necessity and importance of "TV church" and in 1961 C. purchased a TV station in the city “Portsmouth” in Virginia that are already by using satellite broadcasting a wide network of radio and television programs throughout the United States and six other countries.
Because of his plurality of Church television viewers, it is considered the as the fourth largest television network in United States of America. Net income was 233 million dollars in 1985 C.
He has four TV transmitters and a cable (Cable) network and a demonstration program named “700 Club” throughout the United States and most countries in the world which are in access to watch them.
Robertson is the second priest in the history of the United States who became the official candidate in 1988 C after Bishop Jaycee Jackson who became the presidential nomination in 1984 C.
In 1977 C. he started to set up a private university called C. B. N University which accepted students to the postgraduate level in these fields: social communication sciences, education, business, law, biblical culture and education.
He always emphasizes the fact that "the greatest nation of God is Israel”. He calls the Arabs as enemies of God, and says as long as the will of God belongs to the establishment of the State of Israel, abiding by justice for the Palestinians is meaningless.
The scope of activities of Robertson’s organization is not only limited to religious and culture affairs in America, but also is actually effective outside the borders of the United States in creating a tide of political events in other countries.
Patrick Robertson’s news agency helped the Contras in Nicaragua and Honduras between three to seven million dollars and encouraged dictator of Guatemala who was responsible for the massacre of thousands of indigenous and non-Communist civil.
Robertson also had close relations with Sese Seko, corrupt dictator of Zaire. Relationships that current managers of the right Christian used to get the diamond mining concessions in their economic institutions, the African Development Institute.
On the other hand, to capture the Zionists’ attention, introduced Muslims worse than the Nazis and besides warning to Jews, warned them of the danger of Muslims and openly declared that Adolf Hitler was a certainly criminal, but what Muslims seek to do against the Jews is much worse.

Bishop George Otis

He is one of the most prominent figures of Christian Zionism in the early seventies (twentieth century) who was attempting to run the program through television Church of California.
Since Ronald Reagan was governor of this state until the 1980 C. that he was elected as the president, George Otis is considered as one of his close friends.
He led a religious political organization, which widely believes in the infallibility of the Torah and the role of Jewish state in return of Christ and also the need to protect Israel and defending its policies.
After Israel invaded the southern Lebanon in the summer of 1978 C. and occupied parts of the south of the country, and Saad Haddad, a rebel army officer stationed in Lebanon who called there free Lebanon, George Otis established a radio transmitter in the area called "Sot al Amal” In 9th September of 1979 C, in order to broadcast news and political analysis and statements of Saad Haddad besides spreading Christian Zionism in the region.
Otis in his statement mentioned Israel's role in the establishment of the radio transmitter and said:
Israel’s action was a miracle. None could imagine the day when Jews help us to establish a Christian transmitter.

Bishop Mike Evans

Among his peers, he is the only fundamentalist Christian who was born of a Jewish mother and most of others emphasizes on his links with Israel and considers himself as a person who has a divine mission from God to provoke the United States of America and Israel to cooperate.
He has close ties with the leaders of Israel succeeded to visit Menachem Begin, Israeli prime minister, for nine times during two years.
His most famous television program is "Israel is the key to the survival of America", which usually the prominent figures of Zionism(Christian and Jewish) are invited to come to the show, and the impact and critical role of Israel in the intellectual and political situation and the fate of the United States of America are discussed in this program.
This program is broadcasted every day for an hour from fifty TV stations and covers more than 25 states of America (1985 C.).
Evans sometimes broadcasts his programs in Hebrew and calls himself as the president of Israel’s lovers.
In August 1984 C. released a statement through his periodic publications and group medias and television Church of America, in which the United States was criticized and blamed due to economic problems in Israel; because America encouraged Israel to empty Sinai Peninsula and it led to seven billion and one hundred million dollars recompense for this regime, while Israel is always looking to defend the interests of America in the Middle East.
Evans produced a TV movie called "Jerusalem, DC" and introduced the current situation of the Jews, Israel and Jerusalem as visible signs of the apocalypse and war of Armageddon.
As it can be seen in the film’s name the first letters of the United States of America USA in large size are index and highlighted in the word Jerusalem to show that America is inextricably bounded to Jerusalem and does not separate from it.
Two letters D and C also stand for (David's Capital) in order to make link between the capital of America, Washington DC, and Jerusalem DC in the minds of Americans.

Bishop Jimmy Swaggert

Diverse church networks despite all the differences in the delivery of their programs, agreed on one thing and that is supporting Israel as the implementation of the "Word of God". In this case, perhaps the best example is Jimmy Swaggert, the Evangelical fundamentalist bishop and the owner of the famous TV program in the same name.
He is one of the most prominent figures of the Christian Zionist movement that his preaching broadcast from America’s television network, and it has nearly nine million viewers and on Sundays it is 5/9 million viewers. This number is a tenth of television viewers in the United States.
Swaggert’s program that has a political background and is executed with a budget of twenty million dollars is visible in many parts of the world such as South Africa, the Philippines and South Korea.
He says:
[I feel that the United States of America is connected in a series of birth string and it goes back to earlier periods of the development and discovery of the continent of America, as the idea of Jewish Christianity thought dates back to the time of Abraham and the promise of God. I believe that this promise includes the United States of America as well; as Allah says: "Those who are well have you- Israel- I will bless and those who will bother you, I will curse", and by the grace of God, today the United States is strong and I am sure that this is due to that America stands behind Israel. Therefore, I ask God that we will always support Israel.]
He believes that the establishment of peace in the world is not possible and therefore has condemned America for peace in the former Soviet Union and said: "Any peace treaty would be signed, but peace will never be there... black day and difficulty is on the way”.
He represents his curriculum called "Lessons of the word" every Sunday morning in a particular attitude and while giving lessons and lectures, sometimes cries, laughs, claps, jumps, took the microphone and walk through scene and speaks about the outbreak of nuclear war and the battle of Armageddon and the reappearance of Christ and the need to support Israel.

Bishop Billy Graham

"He was the most prominent religious leader of the seventies in America. He believed that a special relationship exists between God and the Jews of Israel. “
One of his actions was the scenario writing and producing a film called "Land of God" in 1975 C. which the Zionist organization "Jewish Committee of America" has announced that since the establishment of Israel this film was the biggest technical project coordinated with policies of this regime. That is why the award "common religion" was offered to him because of the role of Billy Graham in expressing his support and approval with Israel.
The film is based on the promise of the land of Palestine to Israel, by God. In the film, some scenes of the artificial senses of cities’ monuments and deserts are depicted.
This film was the first US interpretation of the establishment of the Zionist regime and its interpretations and explanations are provided very simple and accessible to everyone so that any US citizen can easily understand its message. It is worth recalling that more than twenty million Americans watched the film.
Billy graham knew the victory of Israel in the June 1967 war against Arabs as clear evidence of the authenticity of the Old Testament.
Magazine Today Christianity affiliated to Billy Graham wrote in 21 July 1967 C.:
Now, after two thousand years, for the first time Jerusalem is entirely in the hands of Jewish. It makes the readers of the Torah to believe in the health of content of this book and their faith would be strengthened and renewed.
At this point it is necessary to consider two essential points:
1. Fundamentalist Christian of America, following the disclosure of financial and moral scandals of his leaders, suffered severe challenges and crises in the years 1987 -1988 C.
Bishop Jim Baker, a leading figure of the movement, was rejected by the church because of prostitution and corruption. He admitted that he and his deputy made a girl named Jessica Hahn who has been working in the church to comply with their sexuality actions. Pictures of these behaviors were sold to Playboy magazine by some people.
However, Baker justified that he wanted to stimulate the zeal of his wife by his behavior and return her love toward him.
He also was accused of being involved in Lesbian orgies and some of the witnesses reported the presence of him and his wife, Tammy, in these circles. Hence, Baker was expelled from the church and his television programs were stopped.
Another scandal by Bishop Jaime Swaggert took place in February 1988 C. While the annual income of the empire of Church television was more than 150 million dollars, and the number of followers, as it was mentioned earlier, were two million Americans and one million people in more than 140 countries around the world, his secret communication with one of prostitutes was revealed at a hotel. He confessed his infidelity to more than seven thousands of his followers and said:
I was interested in sexy photos since I was a teenager and my attempts to get rid of this tendency were useless. Hence, she was a beautiful woman in front of me to act in a sexual way, and I just enjoyed her striptease and no sex happened between us.
Following the confession, the executive council of the Church of God, in Louisiana, doomed Bishop Swaggert to endure punishments such as taking a course of two years to rebuild the mental state of his faith, and he was banned to preach for three months.
Third case is related to the Bishop Pat Robertson that acknowledged in the wake of a number of events that on the day of their marriage because his wife was seven months pregnant, therefore he was inevitable to conceal the fact by changing the church's documents. Then he asked for forgiveness of people and God.
2. Perhaps this question come to mind that really millions of people’s tendency in America's Christian fundamentalist organizations is just because of the quality of the organization's programs and the type of advertising?
In response to this question it must be said: in principle, these organizations rely on the leverage of their advertising and efforts on people who live in the second and third level and particularly in the South and West of the United States. because these superstitious attitudes and beliefs fails on scientific and cultural people and even residents of big cities who are usually open to the ideas and are logical and rational.
But this superstition grows is an environment and could be accepted among those people who have the least culture and facilities and are under the pressure of social and economic inequality, and they are unhappy and unsatisfied of their current state of their lives.
In such circumstances, the Christian Zionist movement is trying to use the tools of religion, and by mixing the Bible with politics and history and mythology and superstition make a ladder out of simple beliefs of people to climb to the summit of their own power and domination and secular political motives.

Christian fundamentalist movement pays his preaching to those that feel being out of the attention and administration of the United States, and do not enjoy the facilities and culture ... fundamentalist Christianity speaks with this population in the language of faith. The faith that can redeem them from this chaotic and miserable situation... the faith that this movement promotes among his followers and viewers is the belief of the return of Christ and modifying the current situation and fighting against oppression and inequality.
