In the two previous sections we saw that plenty of paths for establishing Jewish national home in Palestine were passed by Herzl and his friends. Now they need to implement the third command to achieve their goals that means acquisition of international support for the idea of creating a Jewish state.
Herzl changed the Jewish concerns about lack of housing resides to a political issue and changed this political issue into international issues. The Zionist movement was the one that this transfer was done on it and it only possible to be done by Herzl whose character and nature is as a conspirator.
He had a conspiring, subversive and evil character who knew where to sleep not to be wet with the water flew beneath him. And he knew how to fulfill his objectives spending the least costs, in accordance with the conditions and with the best result.
So everyone who knows Herzl as a polite person, theorist, political thinker and a social reformer, he is badly mistaken. However, He was an educated person, in fact he was a wily fox who waited for prey, evaluated and then by predicting all possibilities disemboweled his prey.
When he proved his insufficiency to the Ottoman sultan, asked the powers for help who were fighting each other on the legacy of the empire and wanted to have a greater share of the inheritance, so ever since, his relations with the great powers such as Europe, England, France, Italy, Germany, Austria and Russia have not been stopped.
Herzl tried to display his commodity to all the capitals of Europe and sell it to everyone that offered a higher value. This product was considered to be the Zionist dream to create a Jewish national state or home in Palestine that its cost was seller's obedience from the buyer, without the interference of other countries.
Yes, the product and the price were the same but there were many customers, because Herzl considered all the great powers as buyers.
He contacted with all of them, secretly and publicly, through dialogue, meeting, message, medium, bribes and promises. Herzl's unique effort that lasted 8 years enabled him to dominate over all his competitors and opponents in Baal Congress and the World Jewish organization and leave them behind.
Herzl's victory was not an individual achievement but it was considered the victory of a political trend and a strategy that was the essence of Zionism third command.
Herzl also took the most advantages of the Europe great colonialists' idea to realize his goals; the colonists who considered themselves as messengers of civilization and culture to the East, he dedicated his service to this purpose as a devoted soldier. He wanted his government to play a key role in civilizing the East and cause this backward and deprived region to be progressed, civilized and peaceful!
The Zionist leaders cooperated with Herzl and his successors at all levels to implement the third commandment which its first stage appeared in the life cycle of Herzl, when he traveled to one of the foreign countries to sign a contract with the country's authorities.
Herzl called aliens' agreement with his plan as a confirmation .It is a term that is seen in all his notes. Confirmation actually mean political, financial and military support for establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine; In return, the regime confirmed all the demands and goals of the colonial country in international competition in the influenced areas especially in Arabic regions which at the time was dominated by the Ottoman Empire (now called the Middle East). Here something very important must be noted that Herzl wanted foreign support of his design, not only against foreign parties but also to strengthen his position against his fellows that means the Jews. Because until the beginning of the First World War a large number of Jews opposed with Herzl or did not pay attention to him. So he discovered that gaining the support of large countries such as Great Britain surely would strengthen his stance against the opposition and give him power.
Before his death, Herzl came to the conclusion that Great Britain was the best country for issuing the permission for the establishment of the Jewish state and signing a contract with him. After Herzl, Haiem Weizmann who was the official Zionist leader, followed the demand his predecessor and continued to fulfill Herzl's dream. Finally, after ten years of tireless efforts, the dream of Herzl came true in a document known as the Balfour Declaration, in November 1917.
In this announcement the British government plighted to the World Zionist Organization to support the creation of the Jewish national home in Palestine and use all its abilities to achieve this goal and establish a Jewish state with regard to the issue of tolerance. It happened while Palestine was still among the regions that were under the influence of the Ottoman Empire, and England had not dominated over the region; the area where Jews constituted only 7% of the population.
Also, two years before this date, Britain promised Arabs, if they took part in war against Germans and Turks (Ottomans) in favor of England, Britain would recognize Palestine as the Arabic East part of the land after the war as it was committed to.
This leads to an increase in levels of regional and international legal value of Balfour Declaration and became a major category in the British Mandate of Palestine document by the League of Nations. This means that in less than five years, the Zionists permission got from England and their foreign minister changed to an international document!
Yes, as Herzl expected, Weizmann strengthened his position in the Zionist movement and the Jewish world by his major international achievement, and thus the Balfour Declaration was given to the Zionists.
Since then, during the 25-year-old British Mandate over Palestine, England has implemented all its obligations towards the Zionists and not only allowed them to do whatever they want in the country and with Palestinian people freely but also encouraged them in this way; they even paved the way for them to by removing regional and international obstacles for the Zionists and put them in its support hemp.
So it could be said that if England did not support them staunchly, Zionists never managed to fulfill their ancestral Ten Commandments. They settled hundreds thousands of Jewish immigrants in Palestine, built settlements and Jewish neighborhoods, arrogated lands 5 times more than the Ottoman government in just 25 years. They also established companies and Jewish community centers and various agencies to serve the Jewish people using the military power that it is advisable to call it force power. They strengthened their movement and their position; a Military- terrorist organization that plays the most important role for the existence of Israel.
But after World War II, the situation has greatly changed and Zionist relations with the traditional colonial powers were radically changed, because the great empires of Europe who had the lifeblood of international relations in their hand for about 500 years were collapsed. The UK, like the rest of countries, lost its power and influence especially for mapping the post-war plans. In other words England was not the former England after Hitler invaded during the Second World War, and if America did not support them, they could never recover their power.. Therefore, the Zionists did not see the benefit in continuing friendship with this country. In the late 30s the doubt clouds overshadowed on Britain and the Zionists relationships and Zionists came to the conclusion that the leaders of Great Britain Betrayed them, due to the urgent need for international support to deal with the Axis states (Germany and Italy) , England extended the hand of friendship to the Muslims to join them on their way, or at least benefit their political military and spiritual support.
Instead, the United States of America that dealt with the Balfour Declaration and the Mandate document very cautiously before the Second World War, took its most advantage out of these two documents as effective weapons against the Soviet Union, the countries of the Non-Aligned Movement and in general the Third World countries after World War II, and especially during the Cold War between East and West blocks.
The Zionists look from London to Washington was diverted. Those in the United States of America-wide effort to achieve long-term goals (i.e. the creation of a Jewish state) and short term (ie hundreds of thousands of Jewish immigration to Palestine Europe), together with its own funds, weapons and international licensing began. Since then a large number of political, economic and propaganda of the Jews, whether positive, negative or neutral in the matter of the establishment of the Jewish state to influential pressure group on the two major parties (3), governments, decision-making bodies of people and land Yankees became And the most insidious and evil washes public opinion with most methods claimed to the extent that the Zionists, the Americans, more sincere help and support, were stronger than the English.
If the Balfour Declaration was the symbol of evil alliance between Zionism and the colonial Britain in 1917, Baltimore agreement in May 1942 that was 25 years later, was considered the symbol of evil agreement between international Zionism and imperialism of America.
Leaders of the Zionist movement, including a number of famous American Jews, while holding an extraordinary meeting in Baltimore which is a luxury hotel in the city of New York clearly stated that a completely independent Jewish state have to be established in the Palestinian territories. Needless to say, if America did not show the green light, the Zionists would never dare to do that in the arena of international politics.
Yes, they called for the formation of the Jewish state, the Zionists who wanted only a small foothold in Palestine in the late nineteenth century, asked for the establishment of a Jewish state which is completely independent of nature, population and the structure of the government in 1942. A state where only Jews rule!
Today when more than half a century passed from the Declaration of Baltimore, America's confirmation is considered as the most important and powerful factor for the preservation and survival of the Zionist regime and this evil relationship will continue in various forms; we have seen that America gave it legitimacy only a few minutes after the birth of this illegitimate child and supported her in all aspects. On the financial side, America rushed to help it through loans, grants and special emergency funding from the Christian government of the United States to the Jewish nation.
In terms of military, they had the most advanced weapons in its possession to remain as the dominant power in the region, particularly against Arabs.
In politics and law, they justified all their errors, mistakes, crimes and aggressions and supported Israel and its actions in international forums. But in advertising, they went so far that the Zionists could have infiltrated the minds of public opinion and it overshadowed all the nations of the world.
In short, the United States of America was the compassionate parents who wanted to meet all the demands of their child, Israel. Instead, the child had to be an important political base on land, sea and air for America's military strategy and make its community in the form of a small model of a Yankees society so that it can be used as the means to impose American dominance over large parts of the Arab world and the Third World.
So everyone thinks that America and Israel are the only two friends, is wrong because the relationship between these two is beyond a friendship, both in supporting each other or in obedience and service.
It is a dynamic relationship that we have to say and to emphasize that Israel is nothing without America. And if the United States does not support, Israel cannot do anything.
Indeed, when the ancestors of the Zionist movement subjected achieving their goals to the support of great powers and one of the Ten Commandments, how prudent and wise was that! Because it was in light of this command that Zionists did not take even a single step for a century without the support of the great powers and willingly, they were prepared to implement the fourth commandment that was the expansion.
