Saeed Abad valley

The valley of Saeed Abad, a summer quarter in the province of east Azerbaijan, is located 2 km on the transit road from Tehran to Tabriz. It is a widely popular hub in summertime. It is placed where the river of Seyed Ava chai and boasts its lush vegetation in fields and orchards.
Apart from the spectacular scenery to offer, it also features historical sites which add to the charm of the place among which is the old bridge of Saeed Abad, also known as Sheikh bridge, which dates from the Safavid era and is considered a major connecting way on the main route of Tabriz to Tehran. It is now damaged to some extent. In this village there are many caravansaries like Haj Ababa and Gahdamgah and to reach them you should cross the Sheikh bridge.
