  Berenj Kadu Halvai
Ingredients,
Butternut squash, peeled, chopped, 2 nos
Ground garlic, fried, 1 bulb
Rice, drained, 2 cups
Salt, pepper and turmeric, as required
Oil, as required
Ingredients for making fried meat,
Minced meat, 200 g
Onions, chopped and fried, 2 nos
Salt, pepper and turmeric, as required
Procedure
First Peel the squashes and chop them. In a pan fry chopped onions as well as garlic. Then drain the rice and mix them all together. Keep it aside.
Now fry the onions and sprinkle salt, pepper and turmeric. Add in minced meat too and fry. Add the fried ingredients to the prepared mixture and then put over a slow heat till well-done.
