Burani is the traditional dish in Mazandaran Province.
Ingredients,
Butternut squash, 1 no
Yogurt, as required
Cinnamon, as per taste
Salt and pepper, as required
Procedure
  Burani with butternut squash
Wash the butternut squash and then chop. Cook with a little water. Don't apply too much water since the squash will release water during the cooking. Don't forget to reduce the flame to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.
Remove the skin of squash pieces with a spoon and put in the food processor. No need to apply it as the cooked squash pieces are soft and tender.
Add in yogurt, salt, pepper and cinnamon and mix well. You can garnish the dish with cinnamon powder.
Cooking tips,
Don't sprinkle too much cinnamon inside as the color will turn dark.
You can adjust the amount of ingredients just the way like.
