The transformation in the Zionist movement

America and Great Britain are counted as two partners in providing the right conditions for the emergence of a colonial political idea raised from within Jewish circles that secular Jewish thinkers have claimed them. So that they have used ideas of the Torah and the Talmud and have applied them in political and historical practices to demand it for setting up a Jewish national homeland. The aim of America and Great Britain of all the support and help of the Zionist movement is just to ensure their vital interests in the Middle East.
It should be noted that the Jewish Clergymen had a prominent and important role in the advent of modern Zionism ideas on the theme of "return". However, some of the Jewish Clergymen headed by the father "the Jew Aqlaey" (1798-1878CE.) and the Polish rabbi "Zafahyresh Kalshyr" (1795-1874 CE.) rejected the plan to return with the traditional superstition quality which says: "The return of the Jews to Palestinian will be achieved while await Christ returns, but they mentioned new ideas which lead the Jews to prepare the plan, then running it for the realization of the return to Palestine by building Jewish settlements, rather than that they want to rely on the return of Christ to come and save the "chosen people" from exile and bring them to the holy land of "Zion". The two prominent Jewish spirituals claimed that the efforts of the Jewish people can return the Jewish national homeland to them, before the advent of waiting Christ, so "Kalshyr" published his book called "More Zion" in 1862, in which he spoke of the "normal save" and encouraged Jews to return to Palestine through immigration and colonization and asked wealthy Jews to make their donations for building Jewish settlements and agriculture colonies in Palestine, and the opening of agricultural schools to teach farming techniques to Jewish immigrants from Eastern Europe; And finally "Kalshyr" succeeded to create " colonization population of Palestinian land" in cooperation with "World Population of Israeli Alliance " which was established in France in the year 1863 CE. Of course, some of the Jews and on top of them, "Moses Hess" (1812-1875 CE.), who had created the idea of a modern Jewish nation with the same goals and objectives, were affected by "Kalshyr's" thoughts and ideas.
Zionist movement first came into existence as a terrorist organization which was formed by the Jewish-Russian after the first half of the 19th century, and the members of the organization were known as the "Lovers of Zion". Then the most prominent Russian Jews including the "parent Wiseman", "Ben-Gurion" and "Sokoloff" joined them. The Jewish organization first had hidden, covert operations against the Tsarist Empire, then turned the most of their attention to Palestine, and also tried to occupy it and make it as their colony as the national homeland of the Jews, so it is observed that the majority of the founders of the Zionist leaders have risen from among the Jews of Eastern Europe. It did not last long that the terrorist organization became an international colonial political organization with certain entities and departments and that its co-founders brought out the excuse of the "oppressed Jews" to set up this Jewish political movement, which aim of its formation was to create a national home for the Jews in Palestine, with reference to the Jewish historical rights in Palestine, and after the time that the movement took some benefits of some freedoms that were given to the Jews in most of continental Europe, could have their full civil rights to earn a living in European societies, and conditions for the activities of Jews were provided.
About 25 students from the University of "Kharkof" started to form an association called "Khofyfy Zion" which meant the lovers of Zion. They published a publication which was full of love to Zion and desire for renewal and a return of Israel's former glory, and in it they invited all to live up Hebrew rather than other languages (Russian). Then another forum at the University of "Audysya", under the chairmanship of Russian doctor "Lyobynsker" (1821-1891 CE.) came into being, and the Russian doctor wrote a book called "self-liberty" in which he propose a number of poor Jews in excess of quorum in Russia go to Palestinians, and in this way the Jewish problem will be permanently resolved. He proposed Jews general conference be held, and Jews Donor Corporation be established whose most important mission was purchase of lands in Palestine. This Association led the Jewish-Zionist ideas in Eastern Europe through its publications. The first conference was held in the city of "Kanofytz", on October 1884 by attendance of 34 representatives from the communities of Israel that in its inaugural meeting Bynsker spoke, but he did not mention a word about the establishment of a "national homeland" for Jews. However, the mentioned conference could unite all Jewish bodies and organizations under a single title called "Montfyury Union".
Then he held the second conference in the city of "Dorskynky" in 1887 CE, and since then, this forum became known as "Lovers of Zion movement". The third conference was held in 1889 CE , after that the fourth conference was set up in the city of "Adysa" in 1890 CE, and it was at the same time that the Jews were able to get a legal license for activities of "Lovers of Zion movement" from the Russian Czar authorities; therefore, the fourth conference had acquired a good opportunity so that they can try to establish and form the Central Council headed by Bynskr in Adysa city, and distinguished it by the name of "Community of offering Jews' financial assistance and Jewish craftsmen in Syria and Palestine". It was also stated under the title of "Palestine Committee in Adysa", and it was also proposed that the Board has a permanent office in the city of "Jaffa" to oversee the operations of buying Arabs' land in Palestine. The Ottoman authorities found out the issue and re-issued limitation of Jewish immigration to Palestine and monitored it and then banned dealing the Palestinian territories. Office of the Jewish community in "Jaffa" was also closed, and they suffered huge financial losses. However, the Central Committee in "Adysa" continued to help Jewish settlements in the Palestinian and building Hebrew schools that were recently opened.
It is worth noting that the idea of Zionism in that time was moved to "Constantinople (Istanbul), capital of the Ottoman Empire, and in there an association of Jewish students called" Blades "was established in 1882 CE, that the four letter word is symbolizing four Hebrew words that literally mean "house of Jacob, let's enter". They invited Jews to revolt and rising from the slumber that lasted two thousand years, and asked them to blot out that since which had appeared since the destruction of the temple Solomon in Palestine (Jerusalem) and convince the Ottoman sultan by any possible means, using guile and deception so that he will support the issue, and sum it up, this community could send 20 Jewish immigrants to Palestine who are considered as the first group of Zionist immigrants, it seems that they are one of hidden branches of groups of lovers of Zion in who emerged Russia with another name.
It was on this basis that Russian doctor, Lyobynsker, asserts in his book "self-liberty" that Jews should take the initiative and solve their problems themselves. Of course in suggesting solution he considered the assumption that the overall progress of humanity did not improve the situation of the Jews, and it did not reduce their concerns, and the phenomenon of "anti-Semitism" that is expressed by other nations-as long as the Jews are not the owners of their own national homeland cannot be eliminated. According to Bynsker the reason of this issue is that hatred feeling towards Jews and humiliating them is deep-rooted and lasting among the population of the world. Bynsker's opinions were approved by the full members of the associations of "Lovers of Zion," which paved the way for the rise of the Zionist movement, however, his thoughts and behavior of "lovers of Zion" for supporting those beliefs were criticized by one of the great Jewish thinkers and politicians named "Asher Ginsberg" (1856-1927 CE.) in the nineteenth century who was known as "Ahadham Aam", as he believed that the solution is not moving the Jews from a place to another place, but we should maintain its spirit of Judaism and its formation and consistency through the Jewish cultural and spiritual revival, and continue whatever is related to "spiritual Zionism".
In 1893, the first Jewish conference was held in the "Berlin" in the capital of Germany, where it was decided that there will be a unified organization, and also a trust fund must be established and cultural works be done for resettling and "localization" of the Jews in Palestine; Therefore, virtually through the integrated organization the possibility to create several Jewish colonies (settlements), under the names of charities and community centers was provided. While these organizations were considered as complementary organizational structure of the Zionist movement and are seen as support for the idea of Judaism, and after the conference of (Berlin), another conference was held in "Cologne", Germany, in 1896 CE, and it took over all clauses of the (Berlin) conference and published of a pamphlet entitled "The issues raised in Cologne".
From here favorable conditions for the emergence and development of the World Zionist movement were arose, until it entered "Basel", Switzerland conference in 1898 CE led by "Herzl", and he wrote the first book about Judaism that was supposed to be formed.
