Rice, 1 cup
Coriander, finely chopped, 200 g
Lentils, 1/4 cup
Lamb bone stock, 2 glasses
Salt, as per taste
Yogurt as a side dish, a few bowls
First soak the rice in water for almost 1 to 2 hours (without adding any salt). Put a few lamb bones inside a pot filled with salted water and cook till it gets thick enough to handle. Put the drained rice inside a pot and pour in the stock. Allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
After that, add in lentils, chopped coriander, and check the salt and add a pinch if needed. Let them cook. Once the cuisine gets thickened, it is ready to serve. Transfer to a large bowl. You can serve it with unripe grapes juice or yogurt to make a memorable dish. The nutritionists believe that the cuisine is perfect for a cold in cold seasons.
