Ingredients
Shrimps, 500 g
Eggs, 3 nos
Bread crumbs or rusk powder, for coating
Baking powder or baking soda, 1 tsp
Saffron, a pinch
Salt, as per taste
Combine well all the ingredients except bread crumbs and shrimps in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the shrimps till well-coated. Roll them in the plate of bread crumbs. Do this twice till the shrimps are fully covered in crumbs. Grease a non-stick frying pan with drops of oil and let it heat over the medium flame. Fry the coated shrimps in hot oil till crispy and brownish. Once one side is fried do the other side till the shrimps are well-done from inside. Remove the pan from the heat when all the shrimps are done. Keep aside to cool a bit. Take a proper plate and arrange them on it. You can decorate the dish with parsley leaves. Serve it with either rice or toast buns. Bon Appetit everybody!
